Dignity Health, Yavapai Regional Medical Group - Occupational Medicine / Primary Care

I was in need of a new primary care provider so I thought I would give this a shot. I was assigned a provider by the name of Regina Johnson FN-P. I will just say it was a horrible experience for both myself and my wife. I wouldn't recommend this clinician to treat anyone. I left a similar review on the YRMC website and received no response from them so I can surmise they weren't interested in elaboration of the concerns that I had. UPDATE: 07/29/2020 - To ensure due diligence, I reached out and called the confidential hotline twice over a period of two weeks and gave them all of the requested information to have them call back. They have not returned my calls.

Used to love this place, but since Frank and Sarah left it has gone down hill in such a short period of time. Nobody answers the phone. If you call everyday and leave a message they still don’t get back to you. You can’t get in for an appointment for months to review a cat scan or an X-ray. Don’t waste your time.
