The medical assistant Letti and the Doctor Scott were the the nicest people and they got me in and out vary fast vary happy with the Care I get there the girls in the front office are very kind love this place

Lorena is the sweetest person I've ever encountered in a healthcare facility. She uplifts both the atmosphere of the place and the spirits of the patients with her charisma and unmatched care. Dr. Gong is truly remarkable. He listens attentively, pays attention to detail, and addresses patients' concerns with diligence. His record-keeping skills are impressive. Overall, my experience visiting this doctor's office for the past year has been very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

horrible receptionists. period. i went in to change my appointment, my insurance expired. this lady with no empathy moves my appointment 3 months away, now im going to miss refills on my medication. dignity health should fire people that are not fit to be in the heatlhcare industry. fire that tubby lady that laughed at me. there was a sweet receptionist with glasses that tried to help me but the tubby lady shut her down.

I absolutely love this place. Usually very quick and staff is amazing, nice and very caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and the times that I had to, it really makes me appreciate this Urgent Care more.

The doctor was nice to me and I was seen quicker than Cottage. The doctor gave me a new medication for my diabetes and it stabilized my sugars tremendously. Thank you guys

This one of the worst office.they make you an appointment at a time they dnt take you back to about 1 to 2 hours later and you still have to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour to be seen..avoid this Dr's office

My concerns were never taken seriously. I sat in a patient room for 2 hours seeing multiple doctors who had no clue what was wrong. I do NOT recommend this location or any dignity health offices. Also, one of the doctors had no sense of personal space. He came in and without warning checked my thighs..and asked me to bend over without any explanation. I felt completely uncomfortable and only one physical assistant was understanding/caring. It seems 1 for every 5 staff members are medically capable or logical enough to care for patients.

I hate doing reviews but this one is warranted. I've been coming here for 15 years and haven't liked the intake staff; especially one woman who was cold, inconsiderate, and brash and rarely smiled. Today I was pleasantly surprised to see a new staff during my visit. I was even more pleased to discover how caring, considerate, gentle, and kind the new staff is! Good changes were made and paid off. Hat's off to the management team!
