I was shocked to read that someone else had the exact same horrible experience that I did. I was told by this particular individual to no longer wear cologne. This time he mentioned that it was one of the OTHER Therapist that had an issue with my cologne, and that this mysterious unknown person has a sensitivity to smells. After that comment was made towards me, I attempted to finish my Therapy Session that day but simply couldn't. I cut my session short and left the Facility immediately. I will never return. I felt extremely uncomfortable. The ironic part of this whole situation is that apparently the Therapist are allowed to eat their lunch in the backroom of the Facility. The stench of Thai food while entering the facility was overwhelming. I could almost taste it. So much so that it flooded the hallways from one end to the other. This is not a fresh air facility. Patients need to be in a fresh air facility while performing Therapy. Lastly, the Therapist are VERY sub-par at what they do. They spend most of their time on their computers cracking jokes and acting like they are interested in what's going on. Very little attention to detail. They just go through the motions. I've been involved with athletics and health my entire life. I know how a proper PT is supposed to perform. I also know how a proper Physical Therapy Facility is supposed to be ran. Clients- if you're looking for a fresh air facility, Therapist that do not comment on your personal appearance or how you smell, and most importantly, give you the proper therapy you need to improve your life overall. This facility and location is definitely is not for you.

Exactly what a PT facility should be…accessible, new, maintained, clean equipment and thoroughly trained staff and therapists who work remarkably well as a team. Great environment and location. I’ve been to a few places….this is the best so far!

My wife was so taken back by the remarks by PT Enoch that she will never return. Enoch stated that her perfume was too “strong” ( I can attest, it wasn’t) and not to wear any on future visits. REALLY!! Greet way to welcome a new patient! SO UNPROFESSIONAL The concerning part is that it took my wife months to get this type of therapy. She will now unfortunately need to look elsewhere.

I have no words to express how caring, kind and professional this practice has been to me. Every single physical therapist at this location is highly skilled and I thank them all. Special thanks to Aubrey who work the most time with me. The patience, knowledge and dedication of all these professionals are second to none. I really appreciate you!

Erica is very professional, and knowledgeable with the proper techniques. She is concerned that you get the maximum out of every application in the session and sends you home with information and illustrations of your therapy exercises. She cares about your recovery and has great people skills. I would recommend Dignity Health Physical Therapy and most definitely Erica to anyone who needs quality care.

Our daughter received care from Select Physical Therapy at the Flamingo location from a concussion during one of her high school basketball games. We were referred to them by her high school trainer. We are so thankful for the individualized care she received from Erika! Our daughter at the beginning of her treatment had difficulty walking, seeing, concentrating and suffered from severe headaches. She received great and attentive care from Erika. Erika knew our daughter was wanting to get back to her academics and athletics, so Erika worked with our daughter and gave her things to work on from home to expedite her recovery. She was very thorough with each appointment, we never felt rushed. It took about a month for our daughter to recover physically from her concussion and she was released to return to her normal daily activities with Erika’s help... and two weeks after being released from care, made the swim team! Our daughter, even though not feeling well, enjoyed her time during therapy. We are extremely appreciative of the care our daughter received from Select Physical Therapy, especially from Erika! All staff that we had contact with, were very professional and nice. New and organized office as well. If we should ever need any other physical therapy... we would definitely return to this location. Thank you Erika!

I started Physical Therapy in April and I have been very impressed with the knowledge and quality of there practitioners. Compared to the last place I went (8+ years ago) I'm very pleased. I'm trying to mobilize my knees in hopes of getting into better shape before double total knee replacements. The therapists and assistants have been top notch. I've recommended them to my doctor and family.

Erika is an amazing physical therapist! Very skilled and thoughtful in her approach. I've cumulated over 300 hours of yoga practice over the past few years and I have had ankle problems my whole life. Erika has taught me new range of motions strengthening and explained likely causations of chronic foot and ankle injuries that I was never aware of before. Highly recommend Erika and physical therapy in general for anyone and everyone not only for injury but for prevention! I've only gone to two sessions and I plan to do as many as insurance will cover!
