Don't waste your time there. Not worth the headache, all they want to do is bill your insurance and turn you away

I went here for my first pregnancy. I was lied to by my OBGYN. She kept saying I needed a C section because my baby was in breech. I ended up birthing on my own at home. My baby was not in breech. I also believe the hospital called CPS on me because CPS came to my emergency address and took my baby out of my arms and told me to meet them at the hospital. They were suspicious of me starving him. Have more trust in yourself then the medical model does. These people will hound you with fear.

Why schedule an appointment for someone the next day and be closed. You didn’t know that before you made the appointment for me

Fortunate to have this walk in clinic available. Everyone was friendly. Checked us in no problem. Dr. Cook was great. I would take my daughter to be seen here again.

I started as an OB patient here in May of ‘21 and have had nothing but a great experience. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I’ve always gotten in and out in a pretty timely manner. Now myself and my 4 kids all are seen here and we love our Doctor. 😊

Went in to the clinic with a suspected infection from a previous visit to the hospital at the site of an IV. The reception and nursing staff were fine, but when I dealt with Dr. Gomez she was quite a handful. She didn’t speak English very well, and communicating to her about medical conditions was difficult. She sent me to the hospital for x-rays, which showed nothing, and completely left me to an ER doctor named Taras to fill a prescription of antibiotics for phlebitis, the whole process taking 8 hours. For some reason, she thought my asymmetrical gynecomastia, which is benign and completely unrelated, had something to do with it. Very surprised that she even has a medical license.

Absolutely horrific. They break regulations back and forth, and not realizing who there doing so in front of. After being a Medical Assistant for 4 years in another city then relocating here I am horrified of this office. With this being the only clinic your better off going to the hospital. There reception staff are not adequately trained advising patients, when they are legally not allowed to. They act as though they are incapable of understanding anything to do with patients insurance, prior authorizations, exams, and lab work. As a small community, they should actually care for there patients or fellow neighbors! Absolutely a disgrace to my career field. Thanks for your job offer but i will politely decline!
