Dierks Health & Rehab Center

My uncle recently had a rehab stay. He said he was treated very nicely throughtout the stay. I decided to pull him out a couple days early and Madison had us discharged and out the door within five minutes. Thanks for the great care yall. Grayson (for Frank Gamble)

Found out quickly.. THEY CARED ABOUT MY DAD. Ofc staff made me understand what to say n how to act regarding my dads dementia. I thank them for caring not only for him but for me as a caregiver too. Not dealt too much with the nurses but the office staff is 👍💯 even after my two dozen phone calls and 50 phone calls❤️

My dad is in this nursing home and he has a room mate, The room mate is diabetic. His blood sugar almost always stays up. The lunches are lots of sandwiches and cookies when ever the owners aren't there. I don't think they have a full time cook. They are under staffed because when dads bed alarm goes off they take forever to come check on him. He has fell 4 times in the 3 weeks he has been there because of slow response time. The home is clean and the staff is friendly but the cooking and the under employment needs a lot of work.

Very great place they really care for their residents and their employees. My mother is a nurse that worked there until recently. She had a severe stroke. And if it wasnt for the great people run that place she might not be with us anymore. And they have been helping her with after care. The people that work there are heroes in by book. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great facility! Clean and the machines are uo to date. They are one of the most highly recommended facility in town because of their caring and passionate staf and nurses.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dierks Health and Rehab.
