Diamond Ridge Health & Rehab

Upon entry I requested directions to the room number of my church member. A male employee/nurse pointed in the direction and followed by a derogatory comment. I did not appreciate it. While trying to leave the two nurses at the desk did not pay attention to our presence and had to be asked twice to open the door for our departure.

My mom has only been here 2 days but so far she's very happy with the staff and the food. She's picky so i was worried. I visited last night and the staff really are wonderful. The place is beautiful, explicitly clean without any kind of smell. The grounds are well kept and peaceful for those who are able to go outside. So far I'm thrilled that she's getting such amazing care.

My wife had to spend six weeks at diamond ridge rehab. At first I was worried about it not sure what to expect from the facility. It only took a couple of days before I realized that it was the best place that my wife could ever be. When I first step through the doors the place was fresh everybody that I passed said hello and we're very kind. Anybody that I passed that was staying there for any length of time was smiling and talking with each other and very happy. There are no words to express how awesome the place really is if I had to rate it on a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to say it was 100. The nursing staff was awesome all of the AIDS were there for us whenever we needed them. The food was really great they do a really good service for breakfast lunch and dinner. Everybody in physical therapy were very kind they took their time they listen to anything that was said and took care to make sure everything was okay. I personally want to thank Courtney for setting everything up for us so when we got home we had the equipment that we needed the physical training services were all set up she did an absolute awesome job helping us out thank you so much. It's nice to know that if something happened and my wife had to go back and I couldn't be there everyday that they would take really good care of her and I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Everybody did a stellar job thank you so much

Your dedication, compassion, and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Your commitment to her well-being was evident in every interaction, from the attentive medical care to the genuine kindness shown to her daily. Losing a loved one is never easy, but knowing that my mother was in such capable and caring hands brought immense comfort to our family. Your facility truly embodies the meaning of compassion, and we will forever be grateful for the positive impact you had on her life. Pleasant and clean, felt welcome. You can tell the warm relationship between the nurses and patients

My mother went in pretty healthy, with dementia, had to be admitted to hospital after being there 4 days. They left my mom alone for long periods of time, which worsened her condition. Short staffed? Ppl just hate their job? Who knows. Whatever it is, I won't recommend this place for an animal. My mother died. Too soon. I was going to add photos, but I don't want my mother seen in that light.

Very happy with my mother’s care here. They do a lot of activities with the residents. The only complaint I have is when I call the nurses’ station to check on my Mom no one ever answers. I would think there would be someone there to answer the phone . It gets very frustrating.

I had a very pleasant experience at Diamond Ridge today. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and kind. My friend was in room 304 and his nurse was exceptionally great!
