I worked for DG therapy in the past and was discriminated against for having a need to not drive long distances. They literally put in a false appointment into my schedule without notifying me the same day an hour before hand and fired me for not showing up to it as an excuse to not accommodate my need to not drive over 25 miles away. I should have taken action but I was going through a lot financially and they knew I couldn’t afford to. The lady who was head manager was so heartless. Her husband died and she was bragging about keeping all of his money and not sharing with any of his children from his previous marriage because he was unfaithful. How does his behavior have anything to do with what’s fair to the kids? I knew she was heartless and I should’ve gone to ADA about the lack of adherence to the law there. A lot of fake people when I worked there too. It was occasionally difficult to find a house and the admin were not supportive when we had trouble finding an address and belittle us. Terrible work conditions.

This place has terrible management!!! If it would be possible I would give it 0 stars! The CEO Diana and supposedly upper management Lucia are horrible people to run a business like this! And from my investigation all of their locations are the same! And to top it off they're not even accredited with the Better Business Bureau!!! I wonder why ????They never know what's going on , they treat other staff poorly. Lucia is never available to speak to when needed. They need to hire someone that's going to run the office correctly. Whatever you do. don't take your child to them . You have other options and believe me, even if it's a little further it's worth it for your child.

I had to remove my child from this center due to therapists thinking it’s ok to stop a child entering gym with his feet. I try to fix this matter with management and no luck. Alejandra vidrio is so unprofessional and rude. Also rooms are very dirty my kid will pick up hairs acrylic nail and lashes.

DG Therapy is a wonderful place to bring your kids for all therapy services. My son is currently receiving speech therapy with Monica and physical therapy with Romina. Both therapists are amazing, and I’m seeing a lot of progress has been made. Since the first time I brought my son to DG over a year ago, my son couldn’t even rollover. He’s now walking with very little assistance. I highly recommend Romina as she is very knowledgeable with kids with special needs.

It's a shame to provide such a low rating because the therapists here are great. Unfortunately the management of this facility is less than adequate. We have had multiple scheduling issues from sessions timeslots being taken away to sessions being canacelled without notice. There is no accountability from the back of house operations and will simply provide a basic response of "there's nothing I can do."

Very organized facility. Has great appreciation for families and atmosphere is amazing. Scheduling is based on availability of families and therapists. Families concerns and needs are the number one priorities in achieving the best outcome in every child. Definitely a place to be trusted with professional and involvement in your child's growth.

This place is amazing! Every one is very kind and very helpful. I was very happy and thankful for the therapists that my little one was assigned, Romina and Kristin. They both helped me so much to understand my little ones needs and how to do certain activities at home. They both put a lot of effort into helping my little one and I am truly very thankful for both of them. I know my little one defiantly misses his therapist and the stairs ha, that was his favorite. Oh, and the ball pitt as well (:

My son was turned away, not even given a chance. Not one visit. Just told we left a voice mail the manager said so you don’t have an appointment schedule. After waiting for weeks for an appointment. And a PT referral for months. I’m heartbroken for my son.
