DG Therapy Group

My two youngest daughters are Regional Center clients and I bring them in for back to back sessions with Mr. Fernando, he is great but sadly he will no longer be at this center. The other therapists I have brought them in with are also good. However, I have seen the most progress with Mr. Fernando and Kevin. I like how patient they all are, the front desk staff is very friendly and professional. They also play some kid friendly shows/movies on their TV’s in their lobby. I am sure going to miss this place as I live close by and am in process of a transfer.

Unfortunately this therapy group has not been in any assistance to my child as the therapist Mr.Kevin has called out 6 weeks in a row and no make up sessions have been provided. The kids that go here are obviously in need of professional help , how professional is it to allow this type of attendance and think it doesn’t affect the child in need ? Every time I call there is never any management available to address this issue/ concern and the receptionist also seems to think the situation is funny as she laughed when I mentioned that there is never any management for me to speak to & then says you guys have no control over call outs. Well you know what you do have control over, holding your employees accountable & also looking for new staff ! But clearly nothing is under control at this place !

My son came here for occupational therapy. I can say that we had the best experience with therapist Kevin. We enjoyed assisting session the front desk was always nice, waiting room clean, and the session rooms were big. Kevin is hands down with the kids. We are going to miss session with him.

I had to remove my child from this center due to therapists thinking it’s ok to stop a child entering gym with his feet. I try to fix this matter with management and no luck. Alejandra vidrio is so unprofessional and rude.Also rooms are very dirty my kid will pick up hairs acrylic nail and lashes.

Received a call from the office, the person I spoke to was so unprofessional.
