I wish I could give them 0 stars. First off when you first go to them to try to set up therapy they make you fill out all these forms. It takes forever. They want to know a full medical history going back to first steps and things like that. For an 11 year old lol. I told them I'm going to have to take this home because I don't know all of this. They said no, you must do it here. Just put whatever or leave it blank if you don't know. That right there told me they don't even read it. Just was the first instance of them wasting my time for nothing but their bureaucratic BS. It's funny me that one of forms you have to fill for them is something that says you're in some sort of trouble if you are scheduled and cancel. Where is my form for you saying you agree that you will give therapy at my appointment time or YOU are the one that owes me something? Just them having that form is a clue to me that this place only cares about squeezing out as much money as they possibly can no matter what. Anyway, after many delays we finally got an appointment that I was able to make. I picked up my daughter from school and fought the traffic from Barboursville to there and made it a few minutes early. Nowhere to park so I parked next door at the fire station (probably a no-no idk). I go to the front door and no one is there. It's locked so I could not go in and wait. It's was raining so I just kept my finger on the bell. After a long while someone comes out and very rudely says we are a having a staff meeting. What a wonderful time to have that! They can't meet first thing in the morning I guess but whatever not can they be bothered enough to put a little sign on their door saying we have staff meeting at such and such time for people going there the first time. I got in there from the worker that came out sat down in the waiting area and a bunch of others came in as well. One by one all of them went to their appointments except for us. Not one worker even acknowledged us. I asked the receptionist how long is our appointment and she said 30 minutes. It was 4:04 when I was told this. We stood there another 3 minutes until I finally just left. Even though I was the first one in the place I was totally ignored and everyone else was gone that came in after us. Bottom line if you don't value my time I do not want to deal with you. Period. I hope our therapist enjoyed their cigarette or whatever they were doing during what was supposed to be OUR TIME. Or if they were trying to punish me for disturbing their all important team meeting I hope their boss sees this and fires them... I'm not going to pay you money to sit in your waiting room like an idiot when we only get 30 minutes as it is. I hope your business learns eventually that your customers matter too. I hope your business actually goes bankrupt. Avoid this place like the plague. TLDR: big time struggle by me to get my kid to this place at the proper time and they treated me worse than garbage or one of the many bum druggies you see walking around the vicinity the place.

We’ve had 3 different grandchildren receive physical therapy at DTC and I would highly recommend them. I’ve had them spread Easter eggs for them the last 3-4 years and they do a great job. Above and beyond!

My son has been a client of DTC for years. From the moment Kelly greeted us at our first visit, I knew we were at the right place! Everyone was kind and welcoming. The gym and sensory room are amazing. Even more amazing, are the therapists and staff. My son has made huge strides while under the care and direction of DTC. They are equipped to treat from birth through adulthood. I have no doubt my son will continue to excel as he ages, and DTC will be with us every step of the way. I highly recommend!

The therapists were great! They listened to both us and our daughter and helped get her motor skills to age-level. She really loved the wisharoos and being able to trade them in for prizes each week. The gym is also amazing and helps the clients play while working on the skills they need.

DTC has been in my granddaughters life since she was about 7 months old! Her determination and their awesome team has gotten her where she is in life today! We were told she would never walk or talk! That baby is now turning 6 on the 28th of this month and she not only walks she runs in her own way! Everyday and everything is a milestone for her and the DTC team has been there going above and beyond for her every step of the way

My son went here for a little over 2 years for speech therapy. When he first started going to this center his speech was very delayed. Teachers, family members, and friends had a very hard time understanding him. His speech therapist, Mrs. Emily worked wonders!!! She was so patient and kind with my son and really developed a connection and friendship with him. The workers there are fabulous, they worked with my schedule and were always very pleasant. I gave this place and Mrs. Emily 5 stars because it deserves nothing less than that. My son speaks so clearly now.
