Absolute HORRIBLE agency. SAVE YOUR TIME. 0 stars!!! They give you little to no training and expect you to know how to properly care for your clients. They do not provide you with toys, instead they expect you to come out of pocket then they don’t fully reimburse you. Also, don’t go in thinking you’ll have a team that’ll have your back because you don’t! Horrible communication skills among the team members and no support system. This agency claims they’re here for our needs but they could not care any less.

This agency is a joke ! So unprofessional all employees and therapists have no work ethic! The staff never answer the phone they don’t call back and they never know what to do . They don’t have therapist available and the ones available have no experience . They do not get training and don’t bring any toys to have 3hours sessions . How do they expect to have kid entertain for 3 hours ? Or what to do without toys ? This agency is the worst agency I have dealt with . Changing agency’s asap
