Staff was very caring and helpful. My father died in this facility after a long battle. Staff was very loving and professional with my family. We are grateful

After visiting my father 9/23/17, I thought if he stays here he will die. He told me he screamed for assistance for a long time ... no one came. I arrived at dinner time ... the man rooming with my father was in bathroom my father's lower body was exposed no sheet no blanket. The person that brought food told man in bathroom.... 'Mr ? you know you know ur not to go without assistance' .... and promptly pushed door closed, delivered food and left. What is covered in an acute care. In looking at reviews nothing has changed at this facility in 8--9 years. Are our loved ones put here to die slowly? If you haven't been to visit ...lease do so and rescue....
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!!!!! STAFF HAS NO CLUE WHATS GOING ON IN THIS FACILITY.MY AUNT STAYED HERE TO GET THERAPY AND ONE DAY I WENT TO VISIT HER AND NO ONE KNEW WHERE SHE WENT TO.HER BED WAS MADE AND SHE WAS NOT IN HER ROOM.THE FRONT DESK DID NOT KNOW WHO TO ASK TO FIND OUT WHERE SHE HAD WENT TO.THERE WAS NO RECORD OF HER BEING THERE.THESE PEOPLE LACK COMPASSION AND KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THERE JOB IS!!! THIS BUSINESS IS POORLY RUN AND DOES NEED CARING PEOPLE TO CARE FOR THESE PATIENTS!!!
