Desert Hand and Physical Therapy

I had an exceptional experience at Desert Hand and Physical Therapy! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the wonderful receptionist, Ms. Kim. Her friendly and professional demeanor made me feel right at home. The staff in the back were equally impressive, providing top-notch care and personalized attention. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely concerned about my progress. I highly recommend Desert Hand and Physical Therapy for anyone in need of excellent care. Thank you to Ms. Kim and the entire team for making my recovery journey a positive one!

I have been taking my father (who doesn’t have a gmail to write this review) to physical therapy following his hand surgery for the last 3 months. The therapists have been excellent and out of the front desk folks Kim and the young brunette women probably early 20’s have been exceptional. Always quick to answer questions and to help make appointments. I highly recommend this office!

The front desk lady is awesome at the Thunderbird location! It was my first time there and I don’t remember her name, but She keeps that place running smoothly checking in and out patients, she is very patient and has a great positive attitude. She rocks! The clinical staff/therapist are very friendly and explained condition and treatment in detail.

After shattering my left radius bone falling on a Pickleball court this past January and undergoing plate and screw surgery, I was really worried about being able to get back into the swing of things. My therapist team and technicians were outstanding and got me back up and functional in just a couple of months. After 10 weeks of therapy I was back out playing Pickleball and even won a gold medal in a tournament I played in. They got me back to just a couple of degrees of my former range of motion, but I am going to continue doing the exercises they prescribed at home to regain , nearly 100% of my former functionality and strength. I can’t recommend them enough!!!! COME HERE!!! 😊

The team here on the Thunderbird location is amazing. They make the therapy experience fun and professional. I’ve been doing therapy here for about 3 months now and my left shoulder and hand is doing much better than before. The entire staff is a very friendly and a joy to be around.

I had a great experience at Desert Hand! Everyone was warm, welcoming, and especially knowledgeable. It was an engaging environment that drastically improved my wrist injury.

I came to Desert Hand because I felt I needed a more specialized therapy than what I was receiving at ATI. I had fractured the knuckles on my left ring and pinkie fingers, and following being in a soft cast for nearly a month experienced stiffness in both joints. Initially, I was impressed with the treatment I received, however over time it became the same routine - menial tasks I could do at home with a 10 minute therapeutic working of the fingers. After 6 months I saw little improvement and the copays were costing me $280 per month. When I got the actual billing statement from my insurance, and saw how much the therapists were making, it made little sense to me. The problem is they have too many patients, and one is left to their own devices in order to facilitate others. For what they get paid, a therapist should devote the entirety of a patient's visit to that patient. Don't get me wrong, Jacob, Will, and Brittany are great, professionals who know what they are doing. I just expected more, in attention and results, than what I paid for. I will continue to exercise my hand, and seek alternative treatments so that I can once again attain full use of it.

Great location employees are awesome, staring with Kim front desk ,the therapist will,Jacob, Jason, and not forgetting the other two beautiful ladies Sabrina and Yari. Great team work. Keep it up.
