Desert Blossom Health and Rehabilitation

I would not send my worst enemy to this facility. The worst food ever the worst care ever. The lady in the bed next to me needed to go to the hospital and they wouldn’t let her go. I am praying for her that she’s OK. My bed Had a good 6 inch hole in the middle of it. I stuffed it with two pillows in order to make something comfortable. I was told that I would get a bed, five days later I still did not have a bed same thing goes with a wheelchair that worked for my needs. The facility needs to be tore down or condemned.

I wish I could give this facility 10 stars! All the staff here is amazing a treats patients and their families as one of their own! They truly care about the people coming in to there building. & they have so much to offer. I know the building has been there for quite some time but they do a great job with the upkeep. Would recommend to anyone needing to have their family stay in a skilled nursing facility or long term care.

My Dad was a patient at Desert Blossom and I cannot say enough about how kind and caring everyone was to him, to us (the family), to all their patients. They also worked very well with the Hospice team, it was seamless and we felt very comfortable and confident he was getting the best care. We appreciate and thank you for all you’ve done!

My uncle was recently at this facility. It is always scary when you can't be there 24/7 to take care of your family. From the time he admitted until he discharged, I knew he was in good hands. They made him feel at home as much as possible. Allyson, the case manage was in frequent contact with me about the plan for when he was able to leave. Thank you for taking care of him.

Whenever I come to visit Desert Blossom the staff is incredibly friendly and happy. The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming whenever I am there. It’s so nice to see people that love their job and the people that come with it! So refreshing.

I had to search for a rehabilitation center for a family member and found desert blossom. While I think the aesthetics of the facility could definitely use some updating the team that brought my relative to this place was phenomenal. Both Carly and Kasey went above and beyond to facilitate this transition seamlessly. Both of these ladies are rockstars. Albeit the stay was short but the care was outstanding.

My mother received excellent care while staying at Desert Blossom. The staff was very attentive and listened to her needs. Her therapy team brought her to levels we didn’t think were possible. Thank you for helping our family during this time!

The staff and team (whether it was the day shift or night shift) at Desert Blosom was really kind and caring to my dad. They checked on him a lot and made sure he was comfortable whether he was outside getting some sun or inside hsi room. The Hospice Team was very compassionate and they wroked well with the staff at Desert Blossom. Thank you for all you care!
