Patient experiences
The staff and residents are so warm and welcoming and helpful. I never realized how much I was missing in life. With activities, socialization, meals, one-on-one personalized care ECT. This is an amazing place to live for you or your loved one. This is my home!
My mother found her brother naked and lying in his own fecal matter. She told the nurse’s aide and the aide cocked an attitude with her. The aide was not wearing her badge. The aid barely cleaned him and left fecal matter smeared on him, his catheter and the bed. His room was a mess and she did not bother to cleaned up the water leaked all over the floor from a jug left lying in the floor. His clothes were wadded up in his drawer ,as if someone just threw them in there. The gentleman sharing the room with him was also naked. The nurses handing out the medicine made a comment how they were the third they found naked and made a joke about it. Really??? It funny that patients are naked and in the winter???? My uncle made a comment how he has to be nice to the aide because she is the one who delivers his food. So does that she does not bring them the food when she is in a bad mood???? I get it, some people are hateful patients. BUT that does not give someone the right to neglect them.
The nursing staff is great! It's a very upbeat facility. Very respective place
