Patient experiences
One of the employees by the name of Michelle Di Silva was very rude to the clients! I heard many complaints about Di Silva from many clients! First of all, he has no right to force a client to handshake even though it is not in their cultures! Second of all, Michelle has no right to bang on desks to get people's attention! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY ANNOYING!
I had a really bad experience with this office especially with ThuyChi, she will need something from me and I will give documentation right away, but when I needed something she will lag and hardly checks her emails or calls. One thing I did learn about her or the office excuse was “busy”. Which I know everyone is busy but come on, not always. Never ever coming back, I felt like I wasn’t helped at all and also was a waste of my time. How is she still there.
