Delta Physical Therapy has the most authentically upbeat, caring and positive atmosphere -- you'll feel it right as you enter the door. Stephen, Kristen, Clint and the rest of the staff are extremely competent professionals that treat their patients with expertise while making each patient feel seen and heard. You're never going to feel like you're just a number with these folks. They're also great with patients of every age, from kids to retirees. Ease of scheduling appointments, ease of contacting the staff, ease of insurance claims and processing (for once, no insurance claims hassle...thanks, Delta Therapy!!) -- these guys are awesome! I found Delta through the VA community program and I cannot be more pleased. As a massage therapist and veteran dealing with injuries for the last 20 years, I have been to several physical therapy facilities and most want to throw a "cookie cutter" sheet of exercises at you and mostly expect you to do the work at home. This is not the case with Delta,Seve and Clint listen to everything you say and work with you based on your issues, not what should be or could be. The whole team at Delta is highly professional and best of all they have a holistic approach to treating patients, the way it should be done. I cannot say enough about how much progress I have made in my neck and shoulders in a relatively short time. I highly recommend Delta Physical Therapy to anyone looking for a hands-on approach to getting back to how they function and feel. I love this place!! Kristen, Steve, and Sydney are all wonderful. They provide such a welcoming, judgement free environment. I’ve been working with Kristen for quite some time now. First, after ankle surgery, and now for my shoulder. Not only has she been a phenomenal PT for me, she has also kind of become my second mom here in BR 😜 She’s kind, caring, and patient, but she will make you work! So be ready to do just that Lol. I came to Delta after a back injury at work and they have been nothing short of phenomenal! I’ve used multiple therapists (thanks to my work schedule), and every single one has been fantastic! You get treated like family from the moment you walk into the door. They work more than just the injured body part(s), and teach you exercises and stretches you can do at home to continue your progress. I will definitely be coming back for my physical therapy needs in the future! 🩷
