Great friendly customer service from office staff. We were able to see Dr. Hood on short notice with a follow-up from Olive Branch Methodist Hospital. The doctor was great and answered questions. Took extra time with my husband.

I am a new patient after I hurt my knee due to a fall. Everyone I interacted with at Delta Orthopedics has pleasant, prompt, and professional. I had X-rays and the review with Nurse Practioner, Christy Jones was very informational. Her detailed diagnosis and treatment plan was reassuring. I would definitely recommend Delta Orthopedics!

The whole visit was pleasurable. The front desk staff and Dr. Jones were professional. She explained what the possible plan would be for my wrist and answered any questions I had.

Christy was really nice and knowledgeable. She explained the plan to treat my knee pain. Each option and the why's. She referred me to a pulmonary Dr to help me prepare for the inevitable surgery in the future. I'm glad to have met her and the nurses and technicians before her. Everyone was friendly and informative.

My surgery went better than expected. I could feel a difference as soon as I woke up. I regret putting it off for so long. The follow up visit was wonderful. Everyone looked over both of my incisions and made sure they healed correctly. They removed the stitches and gave me the care instructions and instructions sheets on finger, hand and arm exercises to do. They made sure I knew to call them if I felt anything at all uncomfortable or had a question at all. They did not want me to hesitate at all. They made me feel genuinely cared for.

Christy is so caring and understanding. She listens well and truly tries to get to the root of any issue. She is honest and open about procedures and tests. I feel completely secure under her care.

Got in rather quickly, very knowledgeable and very kind and seems to work hard trying to find the cause that brought you there to start with. Christy is professional but down to earth kind of person. I like her and I think you will too.
