Delta Memorial Hospital

Well I had my first experience with this hospital and let me tell you that it was way above any expectations that I have ever encountered at a hospital. The admissions professional and I mean very professional Allyson is her name is such a delight to work with and talk to she does her job wonderfully. The nurse in the ER I believe her name is Carson is by far one of the best ER Nurses and her professionalism is hands down some of the best in the country. We also had a very helpful and caring doctor and I believe his name is Dr. White. If I could give this place a million stars I would and if I ever need a hospital I hope I am in this area and have the excellent care that they give. Oh my Lord, they are SO rude!!! I thought Pine Bluff was awful!! You would think people wouldn't act like CAVE MEN, but you'd be wrong. The front desk ladies are SAVAGES, disgusting behavior from ADULTS. ew...

Came in with extreme pain in my upper abdomen. They took and xray then wanted me to drink some GI medicine and send me home. They never said what was wrong with me and I never saw a doctor. I didn't drink the stuff and I left to go somewhere else.

My husband and I both have been to this hospital and we get nothing but THE BEST OF service.Dr. Chambers is the best doctor you could ask for. Ms. Donna and the nurses and staff and the ER staff are always so nice and friendly. They take excellent care of you. I will always go to Delta Memorial Hospital. IT IS THE BEST !!!!!!!!! They ALWAYS COME IN ROOM CHECK ON YOU AND SEE IF you need anything.

Do not go to the emergency room. They will not treat you in the best way. I went in there for extreme pain, but was accused by the head nurse of trying to get pain meds. I want something done and I told her this! Get an MRI, a CT scan, SOMETHING! I'm NOT going back to Chambers either! He "brushed me off". I'm going to Dr. Maxwell in Dewitt.

This was one of the worst experiences. The male nurse was RUDE and no help what so ever. Did they forget to teach bedside manners? Also, who doesn't give oxygen for shortness of breath. Be advised if you're I'll, dying or bleeding to death they will probably send you home with a Benadryl. I can't believe these people have any sort of medical training.

Always a terrible experience in the Emergency room with a MINIMUM of 3 hour wait to be helped whether you arrived by ambulance or not!! The nurses and doctors are extremely rude and do not care about quality care. I had to repeatedly wake up the nurse and receptionist for updates about my family member.The one star review is really too high but it's the lowest I can rate! Worst hospital on the planet!

Room for improvement, but glad we have hospital.so glad to have hospital. Dr. Franklin is wonderful.
