Delta Health West Elk Hotchkiss

Dr. Rose is amazing. She is sweet and down to earth. She takes the time to listen and if she doesn’t know the answer she will find it. I’ve had doctors and nurses from other facilities say how wonderful she is to work with. My kids love her too. I highly recommend seeing her.

I don’t think “just Google it” and “you should pray about it” is acceptable medical advice, but they still took my money and moved me along. In my opinion, this type of “care” should result in Dr. Frantz having his medical license revoked and this review shouldn’t be my only recourse for his malpractice. ZERO STARS

After they told me to come down and I drove 30 minutes. I got here and they said we can’t see you. I’ll never go back to this place again, horrible customer service.

It seemed kinda hard to get into my doctor, but when I did I was so happy. I saw a doctor here once and I really liked him but he left. Then I decided I didn’t like the doctors in my area and I didn’t feel heard and was always told by the doctors in Delta if I lose weight my problems will magically be solved. I saw Doctor Rose and she is amazing. All the staff there is super friendly and really helpful. I felt Dr. Rose listened and didn’t blow off my problems and she seemed to really care. She got me back on my medication without making it seem like I was just another addict looking for a fix, which is how all my other doctors treated me. Especially the ones that diagnosed me and knew why I needed the medication. Thanks so much to Dr. Rose, and both MA’s Cory, and I didn’t catch the other young ladies name but she and Cory were super friendly and very professional. I highly recommend West Elks if your having issues with your doctors, I will say it might be a little while to get in, but it’s worth it when you do!

I get great care at this clinic. From the receptionists to my care providers. Thank you! Grateful to have a modern medical clinic that I can walk to from home. Also, thank you to DCMH for building this beautiful facility in the NFV.

Office staff has Changed and is more friendly . they still have not improved handicapped parking. 10 months ago I was denied treatment for a cat bite, by the office staff.Had to go to Delta walk in clinic. Something which could have cost me my life Now they tell me they do not recognize any medical tests, surgeries or anything done out side of the Delta county medical, such as anything done by the St Mary's medical system. Or any other place . My records were not updated even though I sent out of state for them Someone there has no clue how to run this clinic

The staff at the West Elk Clinic in Hotchkiss is the best that I have ever dealt with. The moment that you walk in the door you are greeted by one of the three most helpful lady's I have ever worked with. The doctor's and the nurses are great as well. They have all gone out of their way to help me out. Diane the lady in charge has gone all out in helping me. She even went to a doctor's appointment with me at another doctor's office trying to help me. You don't get that kind of care anywhere else! I highly recommend all of the people at this clinic!

My husband had an emergency in Dec 2021 and visited the Hotchkiss West Elk urgent care clinic on a Saturday. He received excellent care. We are so glad to have this resource! We were able to avoid a trip to the Delta Hospital Emergency Room.
