As a competitive dancer and life long athlete, I have had my share of physical therapy. For the past year, I have been dealing with sciatica issues and a bad hamstring sprain without real relief. That is until I came to see Lou. He is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains things clearly without jargon and is endlessly encouraging and entertaining. Visiting the office is like visiting family (that you like). I had been thrown from a horse 20 years ago. Had lingering deficits from the incident and struggled with my low back and left knee. Since the pandemic, without my exorcize routine it had all gotten more difficult. I worked with Lou for several months. A short time really. In December (2021) my back and related pain was to the point I was ready for surgery, but the Lengthy recovery time just did not work for my lifestyle. Encouraged I started therapy the beginning of the year with a goal to be able to go on a fishing trip early March. Within a week the excruciating pains were reduced by 90%, by the end of February my bags were packed, and I was able to enjoy a trip of a lifetime. Delray Care’s Therapy is truly unique. Lou Fratto and his staff at Delray Care Physical Therapy have been instrumental in helping me recover from shoulder surgery. He took me slowly through mild exercises that very gradually increased in difficulty as my shoulder healed, to increase strength and flexibility in my arm. The exercises were never painful, and just difficult enough to challenge. I believe that his one-on-one attentive care are the reason for my recovery. Thank you Lou and staff.

I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for 4+ years and sought treatment from 3 different doctors and 2 physical therapists to no avail. Once I was evaluated by Lou Fratto, he orchestrated a plan of care that differed from the traditional treatment I had been receiving. His treatment of my condition was effective and I was finally able to heal from the inflammation in my foot. One of my goals had been to climb on of Colorado's 14,000 ft mountains and this summer I was able to achieve that goal, without pain, thanks to the competent, advanced therapy I received from Lou!
