The first time I went my only complaint was the hour long wait. The doctor was great he located my pain and helped me well. The second time was completely different the x-ray specialist was rude and short the doctor didn't even touch my arm he just made me slightly move it and put me in a cast. He told me to just come back if I needed it. It felt highly unprofessional. The front lady's were great and so sweet but the x-ray lady was rude and the doctor didn't care.

I ll never go back.i got the feeling that,hey your old and your gonna die soon anyway so get over it.not good when they stand outside the exam room and make rude remarks about your condition. Not just normal talk, but loud talk where everyone in the office could hear.Been to these places before. They never get better. no matter how .any bad reviews they get.

I had hip surgery on June 21st 2024, they are great at Dr Hesters office, only thing I got aggrivated at is the fact I couldnt go back to work once my short term disability ran out, I mean you know I got bills to pay, and I gotta work, I guarantee one thing, if it was workers comp drs have no problem putting you back to work! I need a return to work form, these wolves keep growling at the door ( bill collectors) im a working man, a little pain dont bother me

I’ve been seeing Shelly here off and on for almost two years. She has always been so helpful to me. She sits and listens to everything I have to say and doesn’t rush the visit. And I always appreciate how seriously she takes my complaints and explores all treatment options. I feel she truly cares about her patients, she’s knowledgeable, and is just a good person in general. I have no complaints about wait times and would recommend them to anyone, especially Shelly!

My wife & I were in a bad car wreck and badly injured. So far Shannon Hilley has been very attentive and pays attention. I wish more doctors offices were like this one. Also, can’t help but notice that any review with less than 5 stars is complaining about not getting pills lol

Don't be fooled by this office's replies to people on here. They still are an awful place. Please, please look elsewhere if you need orthopedic specialists. I can't begin to list everything wrong with this terrible office but I can give the most recent scenario. The xray technicians are extremely rude and don't care if they hurt you. The doctor I saw suspects that along with a broken pinky toe and a bad ankle sprain, I may have broken my foot in 2 places. Waiting on the CT scan. With all that, they did write me a prescription for very low dose pain medications. 4 days worth. That's it. When my husband called back to see get a refill, they lied and told him they couldn't refill any pain medications u til I had my scan done. Ok, I deal with the excruciating pain of feeling like my foot was bring crushed under scalding hot iron, and I go yesterday to get the scan. When we call after the scan, they tell me that they won't refill any pain meds at all. None. Not 800 mg ibuprofen, not tramadol. Absolutely nothing. She told me to talk to my primary care doctor, who ofc isn't going to prescribe anything. (We tried calling and asking.) I was on suboxone for a year for pain management with my chronic illnesses. Bc I did NOT want narcotics. I'm off it now but they woman I talked to was so condescending about the fact I had been on suboxone in the recent past, didn't matter that it wasn't for narcotics or some kind of drug abuse. But that's how's they treated me. So now I'm dealing with almost constant, level 9 pain but all I can do is sit and cry because they won't help me. Please do not go here.

Dr. Hester and his staff are absolutely amazing. Not only professional and highly competent, but truly amazing people too who really care about their patients. What a blessing to have them in our community!
