Dustin and his team at Define Wellness and Physical Therapy offer excellent care for their clients. I appreciate how the team not only provides hands on help, but also explains the reasoning behind your pain. After trying several PTs and leaving disappointed, I found that Define Wellness and PT gave extensive resources for my injury and the staff genuinely wanted to see my recovery so that I could continue on pain free. Dr. Dustin Hancock at Define Wellness & Physical Therapy is truly a gifted and a compassionate doctor. I had plantar fasciitis and it hurt badly, level 8 pain. I asked several family and friends and everyone said it would take a really long time to heal. I had 7 sessions with Dr. Dustin and today I am 100% better. Dustin and his team were excellent in giving me back mobility to my shoulder blade and hip. Both areas had been giving me issues for months and my usual excellent team of chiropractor, acupuncturist, sports medicine doctor, and rolfer had plateaued in treating the tightness and pain. I met Dustin through a mutual friend and his description of his technique was very intriguing. Through repeated, focused joint mobilization (think lots of lower intensity chiro adjustments) he was able to loosen and relax both the shoulder and left hip/lumbar joints over the course of a few weekly sessions. These trouble spots had been the cause of headaches and asymmetric back tightness in prior years, but had not been so directly and expertly addressed until now. Their assigned exercises have managed to improve my posture and back strength noticeably. I feel very fortunate to have found Define and look forward to further functional improvements as I roll into my 4th decade of mountain biking. Dustin is a phenomenal physical therapist. He's efforts are based in education and compassion. He works tirelessly at getting his clients to a place of good health. The clinic spends time getting to the root of your PT needs. He does an amazing job of educating you while not talking over your head. He takes pride in his work and you can see the efforts he puts in by your personal results. I'll continue to go to him for all my PT needs.

Dustin takes physical therapy to a new level. He is easily the best. I have seen several therapists over the years and no one has helped me more than Dustin. He truly cares about his patients and this evidenced by the amount of time he spends with you. Dustin knows more about how the body moves and works than most. I highly recommend him!

Dustin has treated me after a torn rotator cuff shoulder repair and total knee replacement. He got me back riding my bike in no time. Not only did he help me get stronger to prevent injuries in the future, he also designed specific exercises to help me go up and down the hills better on my bike. I have been to several therapists in the past and nobody comes close to his knowledge and expertise.
