Colin is a phenomenal deep tissue therapist. In my line of work, I routinely get significant upper back and neck pain. I have been seeing Colin for many years and he has kept me relatively pain-free since I started with him. He has a deep understanding of the musculature and a great feel for what is wrong. He listens carefully when I tell him what's bothering me and addresses the problem each time. I can't give Colin a better recommendation!! I have been seeing Colin monthly for 14 years as part of my wellness and fitness practice. Colin is amazing! He is extremely skilled at deep tissue massage and my body always feels significantly better after appointments. He gives detailed explanations of what he is doing and will provide you with helpful videos after for guided stretches to target any problem areas. His entire team is excellent and would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Colin and his associates. I have a herniated disk in my lower back and a partially torn mcl in my knee. Colin has been treating both for many years. When I first started to see Colin my back would go out and I wouldn’t be able to do anything. With his treatment my back doesn’t go out and my pain level has decreased. The team at deep tissue is amazing! I have scoliosis and often haven pain in my hips. Working with Colin and his team, I’ve had far less pain on a day to day basis. Along with the work they did, Colin gave me exercises to do as well.
