Dee Physical Therapy

We brought our son in today for his first-ever edema massage. The condition and therapy to overcome it were fully and carefully explained to us by his therapist, Rachel, including hands-on instruction to enable us to do the therapy at home between office visits. The entire experience, from booking the initial appointment through treatment, instruction and departure were handled super professionally and warmly. We're already looking forward to the next visit. Rachael and the Dee team are the best. Everything from the appointment itself to billing and dealing with insurance are exceptional. I've been now for multiple injuries over the years. Highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy and treatment!

Have known the team at Dee Physical Therapy through their charitable work in the community for years and just recently utilized their PT Services and to no surprise, I had a wonderful experience. Their team was easy to work with, never made me wait for an appointment and the PT I worked with, Rachel, was highly knowledgable and designed a custom program to help my body recover from surgery that was realistic with my busy scheudle. Came here because it had a good rating and actually had parking on-site (coming from Burlington that's a huge plus). The receptionists were always alert when I walked in and were very accommodating. Once I actually forgot my wallet, and instead of going back home to get it they said it would be fine if I paid double upon my next visit. My physical therapist was Jack and he was wonderful. Always explaining everything to me as well as always asking how my day was going and remembering things I had told him in the past without being unprofessional. The facility is large, very clean and updated. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.

Without a doubt the best place to go for physical therapy. I have been going here for 2 years, after going to 2 other places, and have 0 complaints. The staff from the front desk to the therapists are a 10 out of 10. Very kind, polite, great at their jobs and will always go out of their way for you. Once you start coming to Dee PT you feel like you belong and are welcomed from the moment you come in. Personally, I come and see Jason and Matt and they are without a doubt the best people and best physical therapists in the area. Would highly recommend seeing them and I would highly recommend coming to Dee PT!!
