I can't thank Decision Point Center enough for the life-changing experience I had there. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for by an incredibly compassionate and empathetic staff. Frankie, the alumni coordinator has been outstanding in staying connected and making sure I still feel supported long after my stay. his dedication to each client's recovery journey is truly remarkable. The clean, well-maintained units, coupled with the professionalism and friendliness of the nursing staff, created a comfortable and safe environment for healing. Decision Point went above and beyond by accommodating my travel needs from out of town, ensuring that all my logistical concerns were addressed. Having been through ten different rehabilitation centers, I can confidently say that Decision Point has been the best experience I've ever had. Their commitment to individual needs, empathy, and professionalism has made a lasting impact on my recovery journey. I highly recommend Decision Point to anyone seeking effective, compassionate care.

I have been to a handful of detox facilities and Decision Point was one of the nicest I have been to. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facility is extremely clean and they have plenty of food and drinks out at all times so you stay hydrated and never go hungry, which is very important while you are detoxing .This was one of the best experiences I've had in detox and would recommend Decision Point to anyone who is struggling with addiction.

I am so thankful for this place. I have been to many treatments and this definitely was the best. They are so helpful and understanding. They really care about the people who come for help. I was so scared to go to another treatment that didn't care but they did. Hands down the best. Franky, Chelsey, Heather, Jess, Christina Julie, Troy awesome people.

I have been a product of numerous treatment centers, and I can proudly and confidently express that my time at Decision Point has been a very special, valuable experience. The staff are highly qualified and it’s evident that they truly care for the clients. They helped me start loving myself again and were able to successfully facilitate my transition into IOP, work and sober living. I have nothing but the deepest respect and love for the team at Decision Point.

DO NOT GO TO DESION POINT REHAB!!! I strongly suggest that you DO NOT go there if you’re serious about getting clean and sober! I was discharged based on what other people said that I said! I refused to engage in all of the drama and gossip going on there! It’s so bad! Even the BHT’s there engage in the gossip! My roommate had a cell phone and was sneaking out to meet her boyfriend whom she was having sec with in his car right there in front of the property! She was getting cigs and perfume and all the things that are prohibited for clients to have while in treatment! And this girl is the main person who was lying about me! My so called therapist was Wade and he was doing her favors which one of them was to get me discharged! You CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT TRUST the therapists there unless you get Doug or Mark! You cannot and should not trust the staff with the exception of Will or Randy,! The nurses are great with the exception of Heather! Heather was telling Sam things bc she has a crush on her yea she is a lesbian! They couldn’t get me off property fast enough and then Brittany lied and said that I left my EBT card on the coffee table because she simply forgot to give it to me! The admissions people are awesome their names are Frankie and Chelsea! There is so much more bad I could tell people in this review but I’ve said enough to deter those whom are serious about their recovery! DO NOT GO TO DECISION POINT IF YOU ARE SEEKING RECOVERY FROM YOUR ADDICTION! This rehab is unhealthy and horrible to those who are serious about their recovery ! So please heed my warning brothers and sisters in recovery! For your own sake do not even think about going there. All my love Mary Lamb

Dave Seymor is one of the best people to ever work in recovery. I went to decision point a few years back and it was all thanks to Dave taking my phone call and helping me get in there. I just wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude.

This place literally saved my life. Struggling with addiction and structure, it really helped me balance life and sanity. Mary Ann, Jess, Wade and all the BHTs are such amazing people. Helping not only find myself again but helping with family and my past traumas. I love this place. I would recommend to anyone who is having problems or struggling to seek help here. The level of care is superb and they actually care about the patients and their well-being. 10/10 would recommend!

This facility deserves a special recognition. They have been around for years but the services they provide and the recovery that comes out of their facility, only seem to grow over the years. I have worked with Stephen from the admissions department and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure clients feel comfortable and get the care they need. I definitely recommend Decision Point Center!!!!
