Decatur Rehabilitation Health Care Center

I do not recommend a place who can’t keep their promise to call you back and let you know if your loved one has been accepted or not this has been so unprofessional it’s on the verge of rudeness. I have been waiting for a week for them to get back to me and no one has. If they can’t call someone back about something this simple I wonder how it would be if it were something serious. I’m so happy I am keep my optimism open because a lot of these nursing facilities only care about the money they definitely don’t care about our loved ones who need the level of care they need and who has put their blood and sweat in helping develop what we enjoy today. Karma is a horrible thing and it won’t be until that time one of these staff members will end up in a place like this wondering why they are treated so poorly

I was at this facility and I got the best care. All staff and administrator worked with me to get me back home. I had everything I needed when I left and now I am able to take care of myself and have the resources I need to function to have a better life. They have the best physical therapist and work with you on the way to independence. This is the best place to be. I would go back if I ever needed them again. I thank all the staff in the building that helped me to live my life out of the facility. Thank you soooooo much

They are under new administration/management. It's a better structure. There's a face lift to the whole building. The clients are living better. They even hired more staff to accommodate. There have been so many positive changes here. We are happy and relieved for them all.

Great small home like atmosphere. Plenty of teamwork. Management is easy to talk too and they are firm believers in assisting their employees. “ life happens and we will work through it.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. Jo Cook,, the Resident Care Coordinator is incredible! She goes above and beyond to put the care of the residents first.
