Patient experiences
When the patient has to explain how their wound is supposed to be cared for numerous times to the nurse and it still doesn't get done correctly something is wrong with that picture. The office goes in and changes the supplies orders without even seeing the size of the wound. Something is wrong with that picture also. I've used this agency numerous times without any problems before but I will not use them ever again.
The speech therapist there thinks he can just come by and claim he has an appointment with me .and when I told him I did not have a appointment with him. he called me a lier. He is very arrogant and told me he was a professional and his time was very important. He was yelling at me. My friend heard him and told me I did not have to take his yelling. I have used this home health before and had wonderful service.but this speech therapist needs some people skills. He thinks he is above old people. I told him I did not need his services.
I have personally used this company for family members and friends and have not been disappointed. They have a great group of people from nurses to therapist and everyone else. I recommend them to everyone
