We were seen timely. Dr. Godwin listened and gathered history and then made a referral for further testing. He was reassuring and encouraged us that he felt he could help but needed to know the extent of the issue so he could provide the best treatment.

Went there today, thought I had wax build up in my ear. I seen Dr Natalie, and she said there was no wax. But as she looked closer she found I had 4 cat hairs deep in my ear. She took them out, and my ear is fine now. Thank you Dr Natalie. Would highly recommend! The staff is great and quick and helpful. Both times I was there, I was in and out.

Dr. Light is amazing. He took time to listen to my concerns and desired outcomes and recommended different courses of action for the results I wanted. I have had a few procedures done by him, and I wouldn't trust my face to anyone else!

Frank is GREAT! He cleaned my hearing aid filters (whatever they are) and I could hear just like they were new two years ago! It was a great improvement! I love this place and send friends for just such an experience.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Godwin for years. We were called back within 15 minutes of arrival and saw Dr shortly after. Everyone was pleasant and professional. It’s nice not to wait for an hr in the waiting room.

Dr. Light is the absolute best in the area. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my botox, etc. Dr. Light is a very professional skilled doctor. He has a great bedside manner as well. I would highly recommend Decatur ENT Associates and Dr. Ben Light.

Dr Light is exceptional at what he does. Great bedside manner. Takes time and listens to you. And his staff are wonderful as well.

They made a 8 year old not scared of a surgery. They informed us what everything every step of surgery. Love them.
