Ms. Donna is the best and when I say the best I will never forget her I came in to get a physical my blood pressure was so high and she explained how bad it was for it to be that high all I was thinking about was getting back to work but she was beyond sweet when she explained how important it was for me to get to the doctor here it is a week later I’ve been to the doctor and he put me on two medication I cried so hard the first day I was so sad when I say she really tried to make me feel better I drove home crying but when I say I’m so grateful for her deliverance she could have just said bye lol but she didn’t having a kind heart goes a long way by the way I passed the test today and I will forever be grateful to the staff because I didn’t realize my headaches were being caused do to high blood pressure thanks ladies I really appreciate everything

The negative reviews are 100% correct. The staff is abrasive, which I would have overlooked if they didn't also cancel my appointment after I signed in and did my paperwork, simply as punishment for following their instructions. This caused a 2 week delay in my employment. I had arrived early to do the paperwork (I recommend giving yourself at least 30 min.). I then asked if I could run get a bite before they called me back. I was told by the staff at the counter that if they called my name while I was out of the office I would be put "back in line". 5+ minutes later when I got back I was told they marked me as a "walk-out". They acknowledged what I had been told, but refused to honor it. The manager even played games with me, telling me I could wait and see if they can squeeze me in, but no guarantee and they closed at 5. Cute. The rest of the staff kept telling me how busy they were, and that this was a "learning experience" for everybody. That's code for "we told you wrong, but we're blaming you as well." The only thing I "learned" is not to trust the staff here. My HR contacted them so they allowed me to take the drug test. I've never had such difficulty peeing, LOL. I left 4 hours later and have to go back for the rest of my screening.

by far the worst experience I've ever had at an agency who specializes in giving urine drug screens pre-employment screening etc. It caused me to be delayed over 10 days getting on schedule for my new job. All because of incompetence and rudeness, unethical personal judgment of employee. Including knocking on the door not once but twice while I'm trying to give a urine sample first time to tell me to turn the water off, which I did, the second time was to tell me to hurry up that the temperature was going to drop on my urine. I cannot over stress how extremely unprofessional it is. This is not the first urine drug screen I've done. A temperature strip on the cup for that purpose alone to create a record of the temperature when the sample goes in the cup. All in all I had probably a little over a minute to produce the sample it did not quite fill up to the line which the employee manually marked on the cup, Literally less than a centimeter away from that mark sufficient enough sample to test based on my experience in the past. She told me it was not sufficient. My only option was to sit there and drink 48 oz of liquid and wait or to sign a paper saying that I refuse to give a sample, which is not true. Causing me to have to go back to my new employer the next day to get a new slip go back and do a new test. Then my urine had to be sent off for 3 to 5 days before they allowed me to even get my TB test. This makes three trips that I have now been and I still have not been able to get on the schedule for my new job. I have to wait till Monday to get my TB test read very inefficient very rude the ethics were hideous. Employees using their personal judgments beyond the boundaries of their job description making me extremely uncomfortable and cautious and guarded about going back. I felt accused I felt as if they were suspicious of me and when I tried to verify that we have a time limit in the restroom to produce a sample it was proven to be false! The employee beat on the door like there was a fire in the building telling me to hurry up and then dumping my urine sample as if it weren't good enough! For all of my inconvenience I give them a poor very poor negative rating and if I could've used another agency and pay for my own test I certainly would this is not my choice nor would I ever recommended.

The doctor and the staff are so sweet and kind! Aside from them being connected to DCH I believe this facility deserves more recognition than it gets. I absolutely love them! The way they show honesty and compassion let’s me know if I was to ever need anything I can trust I’ll be in good hands with them! I’d always refer anyone to come see them! I have nothing but good things to say about everyone here from the front staff to the back!

Reading the reviews gave me anxiety to even come here. Everyone's experience is different. I'm not here to judge. However my experience here was delightful. Everyone was kind and respectful. Tammie at the front desk was helpful & attentive. Work can be so overwhelming sometimes, I don't care where you work. Sometimes all it takes is to be kind NO MATTER WHO IS UNKIND TO YOU your character reflects you. If you can't find a good person in this world BE ONE 😊

I have been here for pre employment drug screens this is the 3rd time they take their time make you wait forever and are mostly rude. Even the guard at the door was very rude and like yelling at me to go back to my door wouldn't let me sign in or anything. then I take the test which I was told I have 2 mins. That's crazy. While verifying my meds that I take I guess the doctor there wants to know everything about what you take and why which is against HIPPA I do believe. Because my doctor's office won't fill out the paperwork about why I take these meds etc. They sent my employer a negative screen with safety sensitive precautions. They are costing me a job because they want to know my personal business This is ongoing for 4 weeks now!! I hate this place

If I could give them a zero I would. I called to verify information with them about my TB Skin test on Monday. I came in Friday and they not only try to refuse to give it to me, they tried to come up with multiple reasons why to not give it to me. I came in and sat there for 1 hour before I got called back. I told them I refused my second covid shot. It had been 4 weeks. I already verified all of this information already. They kept me in the room another 30 minutes with excuses. I am beyond frustrated. Then they get on the phone with the employer that I am trying to work with after I told them that I spoke with my employer. This is my right if I don't want to get the second shot. They have no right to try to force a second shot if I don't want it. The head nurse then try to get me fired from the place and I just got the job because I got frustrated. You had me an hour and a half to tell me no.

What is up with this place? I came 'prepared' for a pre-employment drug test and have been sitting here for 20 min; am about to bust! They haven't called ANYONE back yet and I am 3d in line. Don't know if my bladder is going to make it!
