If you need physical therapy--Day to Day is where you must be. Dr Pam has a keen way of "reading" one's body and charts to construct an effective plan of therapy. She is very sharp--and always upbeat. Unlike the majority of PT providers locally(I have never been anywhere else), Pam stays with you for the great majority of the session--Not the typical "do the paperwork and move on to the next patient--leaving me with a belt and a ball and no idea what to do with them that I was told once two weeks earlier. To the contrary--attentive-alert-absolutely recommended. Day to Day-Kind,Effective physical therapy. A+
I highly recommend Pamela Day at Day to Day PT. She is extremely personable and a great listener. The one-on-one attention I receive has been first rate. My neck/shoulder tightness and pain is steadily improving. The facility and resources are exceptional.
