The best place in town for all your physical therapy needs! Adam Reyes is very caring and professional, explains everything clearly in a way even my teenager understood. If you're looking for a PT, look no further, this is the place to go.

So today was "day one" of physical therapy for me and I really liked the facility, I liked the staff. I did some exercises with Michelle and she was new there but really sweet and put me right at ease. And then the a girl, (I forgot her name) gave me the most amazing 15 minute massage. I told her that I felt like I was being rewarded for doing a few exercises. I definitely look forward going back so thank you Day One physical Therapy for making this a pleasant experience for a very nervous girl.

Great people, great therapy! I worked here as a new PT many years ago, and I have also been a patient after knee surgery! Loved both experiences, and always refer here when anyone asks if I know a good place for physical therapy.

I am absolutely impressed by this facility. The staff is very professional, organized, and most importantly extremely kind. The physical therapy area is very open but still very comfortable even when they are busy it doesn't seem crowded. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs physical therapy.

I came in to continue rehab my torn meniscus (I was not pleased with a previous PT). Day One had friendly and professional staff, and gave me excellent care to correct weaknesses and imbalances. I am very satisfied with my knee health and functionality, without needing surgery. I would highly recommend them, and they will be my top choice for future PT needs.
