I needed some physical therapy on my upper left arm.i was referred to dkh on green hollow road.Rachel has been great at helping my arm feel more comfortable and showing me exercises to continue with.All the employees are friendly&welcoming.i would definitely refer others to this office.

Can't say enough good things about the DKH Physical Therapy on Green Hollow Rd! My Dr referred me there after I threw my back out. I worked with several PT's and each one of them helped get me walking upright without a limp again...super nice staff all the way around. They all really care about their patients. I highly recommend this group for all your PT and OT needs!

It's been 3 weeks and no blood test results, they don't answer there phones. I am driving over there not happy.

Honestly they’re not the best. You can get things done here but don’t expect them to follow up with you or to notify you of important things. They most likely won’t call you back when they say they will. Reception isn’t all friendly for the most part, but there are a couple good employees. The nurses are also hit or miss with friendliness or being personable. I’ve had many interactions with the staff and I can tell you, communication seems poor. Many conflicting answers when I had questions and had to follow up with them - I was often getting exasperated responses from an employee for simply repeating information that another employee had told me. It’s fine to go here, but don’t expect to feel welcome 100% of the time or for the staff to be reliable with record keeping/follow up.

Due to short staffing and a couple of nasty people verbally abusing said staff, I found both Kaylen and Sara doing a superb job. DKH should be proud of the work they are doing. Kudos to thse lovely ladies!

Awesome employees! Very friendly and easy going. Had a great occupational therapist that really helped me out. Totally recommend for physical therapy.

I received email several Auto calls to remind me of my up coming physical, I showed up, and was told it was Cancelled Doctor has a meeting instead said they called I looked at Phone call was 11 seconds left no voice message , no text. They never followed up. Went to lab to get blood work done for my usual 3 mth followup, had no blood work request on file, (this is typical because Dr forgets another to input request, the lab calls over, (Usually sends lab request due to SNAFU) this time did not happen. went back to office, no labwork, I said then what is the point of my upcoming appointment you might as well cancel, they preached to me that if I do that my insurance would cancel my meds, I turned around and walked out..Guess I will hammer my Dr on upcoming asked appointment. Looks like a new Staff turn around. May need to hunt for new health care.

Called to reschedule, they told me find another provider. My first appointment I had to reschedule because my brakes went on my way to the appointment, because I had a stroke a month ago my memory is bad and forgot about the 2nd appointment, 3rd appointment i called to notify them I had covid then they told me to find a new provider. Its obvious they have no concern for my health, to them it just a job that makes them money
