I’ll keep this simple. Dr.Dawson is the best hands down!! I actually look forward to my visits. I always leave feeling so much better in every way. If you need a great Dr to help you with your health and wellness do yourself a favor and meet this man!!! And can’t leave Robin out, she’s an amazing person and very knowledgeable. From the moment I entered the doors to the office, Robin made me feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Thank you for being you!!!!!

From the first moment my Son and I stepped into the office, we felt extremely welcomed. My Son and I drove almost 4 hrs to visit, and are planning to come back for more soon. We have only had a few treatments, and are pleased with our improvements with our health. Thank you Dr. Dawson & Mrs. Dawson very very much.

I wasn’t sure what to expect and didn’t really want to expect much when I started working with Dr Bill and so I waited a year to write this. I had been going for chiropractic care for at least a decade while living in 4 continents and none had the results and specificity of working with the root cause the way this clinic has and I’m extremely grateful. I had been having problems on my right side over the years such as migraines, face numbness, jaw issues (tmj), deafness, teeth issues, neck pain and rigidity. We could go down the line and there was pain in most joints that sometimes meant I was limping due to hip, knee and ankle pain. Carpel tunnel in my right hand, a collarbone that wouldn’t stay in place. The list continues even into hormonal issues and brain fog. The next 2 hours after my first session, was literally mind blowing. I felt my brain finally feel like it was no longer starved, like the channel to nourishment reopened. My ears cleared more than they had in years which brought relief to me, a woman in my 30’s who was truly worried and prepared to become deaf in the near future because who knew what was happening. My eyes returned in sharpness and my hands were no longer numb. The next few days were also quite a trip. I felt my hip adjusting on its own as I moved through the days. My knee and ankle stopped locking up and my low back pain has gone away since then. The result was so drastic that I was driving 3 hours each way to get adjusted as much as I could, which doesn’t seem to be uncommon for their practice and I get why. A year in, and I’m finally feeling like my body is coming back to center and a place where I can go back into some athletics again. Like I build on a body that isn’t compromised. Dr Bill and Robin are amazing healers, even their lovely pups that “work” on you while you visit lol. Truly grateful to have taken the chance. 🤎

I'm glad I go to my grandparents's chiropractor clinic, my grandfather and grandmother, Robin are very awesome grandparents to me, they are awesome to take care of you all and come visit them at their clinic!

Amazing.amazing.amazing. some of the most genuine, caring and knowledgeable people on the planet. I still cant believe not only do we have NUCCA in the valley but these absolute gems of human beings run it. Im so grateful. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This post is for my husband. He was suffering from daily dizziness and the medical doctors did every test they could to diagnose his condition. They could not and told him to NOT seek chiropractic care. One visit to Dr Dawson produced a diagnosis and a treatment plan. He felt 100 better after the first adjustment. We are so blessed Dr Dawson is in the Kern Valley. We will refer friends and family that needs help with medical issues to Dawson Chiropractic Clinic. We can’t thank you enough.

Dr Dawson literally saved my daughter’s life and restored my mobility so I no longer need a wheelchair. 7 years later he is still providing my family with the same level of exemplary care.
