Dr. Valdes and his teams is the epitome of top tier service. He and his assistant Elexis very empathetic, kind and caring. I trust his knowledge and expertise based on the plan of action he has discussed with me. I do not regret the decision I made to entrust my health in his care.

I often don’t leave reviews, but Dr Valdes definitely deserves a 5 star review! From the reception to nurse to the doctor everyone was so friendly. Dr. Valdés came in, he didn’t rush and took the time to explain things to me. Thank you again for the great care.

Made an appointment online. Arrived on time... appointment was for 10am, then at 11.20am I am still not seen. When I arrived there was Only 1 person before me. The person was seen and left...why am i still waiting ??? they say they double booked (not my fault ). You would think someone has common sense to have people seen in order of arrival. But they do it some senseless way where people that came after me are getting seen before me. Why 🤷??? Anywayz don't go there. Waste of time, energy, and gas. They better not charge me for anything, I was not seen.. In fact they need to pay me for missing their appointment time.

After many calls, speaking directly to office staff, over a four month period with no response I decided to call it quits with Dr. Valdez. I had two shots for nerve damage from him in my elbow. I’m still in pain and was waiting for next step. I was told they needed to get some type of insurance coverage and would get back to me… never happened. Last straw was today when I asked for records they stated they would send a consent form to release. No surprise I did not receive an email. Not impressed.
