I came to David Crenshaw PT with a 25-year-old hip injury and all the related imbalances that came with it. I had tried physical therapy before. I also tried to fix the problem with yoga and stretching. David helped me gain a deep understanding of my problem and how to change my everyday movements to prevent causing more pain and damage. He also taught me how to do various strengthening exercises and yoga poses correctly to help change the deeply-embedded imbalances, inflexibilities, and atrophied muscles. It is amazing what the correct knowledge and information can do! After working with David for a couple of months I have the confidence and knowledge to continue improving my condition. I am able to walk and run many miles and manage any pain that comes up. My hip has improved and I know it will continue to improve. David has a very good understanding of body mechanics and he will actually teach this to you so you know what to do. He has a calming presence and makes you feel comfortable. I think as we get older, it is very important to learn how to move in a way that doesn’t wear the body down. I recommend seeing David if you want to learn how to do this and manage and improve any injuries you have.

David walks you through the components of creating complete health (including compassion). This is a class for you to learn healthy habits that will create your healthiest self
