Unacceptable to put someone in a room and not check on them for two hours! I was in severe pain, and it seem like nobody cared. I was given no pillow and no clicker to be able to call for a nurse. I was so sick from the pain that I felt nauseous, I knew I was gonna throw up and started calling out for someone to help me, but nobody came. The pain I was feeling was almost unbearable, but I had to get myself out of bed and throw up in the sink. The sad part is I was just there recently for surgery not once but twice. I'm not sure why I was treated this way, but it was totally unacceptable! I am really sick of your healthcare system! It's on the bottom of the list like most of your employees!

Dr. Gutierrez is a kind and comprehensive physician. My wife found him after we had given up hope that I would ever improve after being misdiagnosed and treated by Dr. penny Dr. garden and Dr. Patel. After an ablation at L4 given by Dr. Patel, I became disabled adult consume severe to excruciating pain for seven months I gave up hope and we went to Dr. Gutierrez to learn how to deal with the life that was going to be a continual suffering God bless Dr Gutierrez, he is cheerful, kind, and friendly manner was very refreshing as was his diagnostic instinct. I will never forget the first word she said to me after my examination. And I quote “ Mr. Dworkin something doesn’t feel right would you please let me just do an x-ray of your pelvic region“ I agreed and five minutes later he came back smiling. He told me I was missed diagnosed, and that my primary problem was that I needed a total hip replacement, because there was no Cartlidge between my hip bone and my hip socket . He gave me some names of good surgeons he would recommend we took those and did our research and came up with a different doctor Dr. Mark Schachmann, who did an excellent job But the most amazing thing. to figure out I had not been treated correctly, but rather was treated with by people without hearts and minds. He restored my faith in the medical profession. His kindness and cheerfulness gave me hope. His diagnosis save me from a life of chronic pain. I would highly recommend this man with no reservations whatsoever. He gets top evaluation in every aspect.

I had a procedure done, I was a little freaked out! But Dr. Gutierrez was so kind and gentle ! Talked me through each step he was doing, which was very comforting! Before I knew it it was over! Couldn’t of been in better hands, so very thankful I had him ! I would never go any where else!

Front desk not very friendly or responsive to person standing in front of them. Provider didn’t seem interested in listening to my concerns.
