Dash Therapy

I was referred to Dash occupational therapy by my orthopedic surgeon. I scheduled my appointment via a phone call from the reception office, received a text message to confirm my appointment, but when I showed up for my appointment, I was informed that my appointment was never actually scheduled. So after coordinating time off from work and driving 45 minutes one way, I left without being treated. I was offered to come back in 3 hours or to schedule for another day, both if which I declined. I will be changing my referral to another provider. Peoples time is important, please pay closer attention when doing your job, and have a little more respect for your patients time and maybe consider not wasting people's time and having a negative impact on their work lives as well.

After Stanford’s Dr Yao installed a couple of Titanium knuckles, I’ve needed a couple of months of rehab on my hand. Dash has been a great support. The therapy is definitely succeeding, with measurable progress every week, proceeding faster than I expected, and the staff is friendly, supportive and professional.

The staff at DASH makes me feel seen and I strongly feel that they care about my healing journey. Pain and the challange of becoming well again is very taxing on ones body and mental state, No matter where I am at when I arrive they meet me there and I leave feeling relieved and encouraged. Thank you DASH Family. Just know in all sincerity, you are so important to many on this healing journey. I for one, truly appreciate all you do to help me to move toward healing. 😊

Our 3 year old is quite the little sensory seeker. Dash has been amazing for her. Everyone is so nice and patient. We noticed a decrease in her SIB almost immediately and an increase in her ability to cope with transitions. She is doing so much better at home and at school. I wish we would have started her there sooner. I highly recommend them to any parent in a situation similar to ours.

All the staff made me feel like family.on my first visit And they are caring having to repeat theirs selves do to my hard hearing and not quite understand what I'm supposed to do ( that happens when you get older) They make sure you are comfortable with the therapy is strengthing my hand . What a waist of time. I would drive 46 mins for appointments and stay like 20 minutes. And 10 of those minutes were with my hand under a red light. 👀. They tried to bill me for a appointment I never made or confirmed I would go to. I tried to speak to someone in charge and they hung up on me. Very disappointing.

Dash Therapy is the best!! Compassionate employees, hands on Therapy as well as effective exercises. Staff is approachable and they are there to help you!! Thank You!!
