Dave is the absolute best PT! I'm a 32 year old who was experiencing general knee pain for months. It kept me from doing a lot of things I wanted/needed to do and really limited my activity. I went to a sports medicine doctor who prescribed 6 weeks of PT at a very "typical" practice. After 6 weeks, nothing had changed. I found Dave through a friend and started working with him. He gave me such personalized attention and made it his mission to help ease the pain/pressure in my knee and build up the muscles I needed to strengthen. After the first session, I already felt the difference! We were able to get a work out in where I felt no knee pain at all. After just a couple of weeks, my knee pain was basically nonexistent. From there, I switched from PT with Dave to Personal Training and it's so nice to work with a trainer who can also help you with injuries/pain relief when needed! Dave is professional, friendly, flexible and a wonderful listener. He takes your discomfort seriously - even when the doctors are telling you that nothing is wrong on your scans! Skip the wasted weeks with another run of the mill PT office and come to Dave instead.
