Dardanelle Regional Medical Clinic

Visited with one of their DOs and was told I would be referred to a specialist for a follow up. The DO's nurse called me the next day and schedule the appointment with the specialist in Conway. I took a half a day off of work to make it to that appointment, and the specialist had no record of my referral so they could not see me. This clinic failed to accurately convey information and in doing so I wasted a half of a day at work and drove to Conway for no reason. Their follow up is to just try to schedule another appointment in Conway but at this point I've lost confidence that they can competently manage their patients.

If I could give NO STARS I would!! They were soooooo disrespectful to my sister my mom and myself..took mom in cause she was soooo sick they didn't ck her for covid,flu, just did lab ( white count was extremely high) and chest xray then sent her home!! She became worse in the morning, so we took her to Conway and oh guess what she has covid on top of the pneumonia she had!! GRRRR they didn't even ck her.. Wouldn't listen to my sister or myself about OUR mom did nothing and sent her home !! Dogs have been better off going to the vet !!

Trina was excellent. I feel like she takes time and talks with you about your concerns. I don’t feel rushed and I feel like I get a thorough appointment. I would highly recommend!

Went to this place for medical care and was spoken to very rudely. When I finally got in to see the doctor are they talked about was my sugar being to high. Mind you I am not a diabetic. I went in with shoulder pain. Now I have no use what so ever with my arm and I have to find yet another doctor because they tell me nothing is wrong with my arm

I was there September 3rd thru Tuesday September 8th, diagnosed with a pretty serious condition, the nursing staff was WONDERFUL to say the least!!! Never had even heard of 'Dardanelle Regional Medical Center' just happened to be in that area that day an an pretty major medical emergency hit me completely unexpectedly. The Dr.'s there were all also VERY good!!! Could not ask for better medical treatment!!!!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH NURSES', DOCTORS & STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Hospital/Clinic is a hidden Gem. It was purchased by Conway Regional Medical Center and improvements are constantly underway. The Physical Department, headed to Phil Howard is the best in River Valley. Currently, there is one MD and one Nurse Practioner. The service is wonderful and soon, minor operations will be in full swing. I highly recommend Dardanelle Regional for any medical needs.

I want to amend my review.... the director of nursing was one of the nicest people I have ever spoke to. She was kind and compassionate and heard my concerns. Thank you.

The building is white- not red. The personnel were very friendly. Trying to find it was a little difficult, the streets are not all labeled. I saw the blue H, - for hospital & the sign is not very big & did not see a sign for the Emergency Room, - it's on the back side.
