I recently took my friend to Dany's. She had a referral from her doctor. On her second visit she was severely injured when Dany pulled on her feet. They were swollen and very red for several weeks. We immediately went to my friend's primary doctor who insisted they be x-rayed and gave her pain medication. After three weeks, wearing shoes is still painful. I am happy she has helped some patients but I would never recommend that office to anyone.

Currently going through my second shoulder surgery recovery with Dany's and it has been amazing. Anna has been great to work with and I felt she was a huge help getting me back to 100%!

As I had a referral from Tricare to Dany's physiotherapy, I contacted them to book an appointment. First attempt was last week and since no one answered the phone, I made sure to leave a detailed voicemail that included name, date of birth and call back number. As no one called back, I made a second attempt yesterday again leaving a detailed voicemail. Since I hadn't heard anything back, I went to the facility this afternoon and was told by the receptionist that they were not accepting any Tricare referrals at this time as they were fully booked until November. I told her that it would have been nice if at the very least someone would have called back to let me know. Pretty sad that I had to go there to find that out. Will definitely not be going there for any treatment in the future.

We love Danys! We’re pro athletes in the arena of parenting and life, and Dr Anna helps us get through all the strains, ligament pulls and back aches. Renee who leads the charge at the front desk is always a delight.

Danys' physical therapy has been amazing. The staff has exceptional personalities that make the visits warm and enjoyable even given the circumstances why I have to visit. Unfortunately for the staff, sometimes they have to deal with difficult people like Jessica Page who talk down to staff members because she feels entitled to service. What she failed to mention is how she yelled at a young lady who had just started and is currently in training. It is unexceptable for someone to treat any staff that way if it's at Danys or any other place for that matter. Give respect to get respect. I recommend Danys to everyone I come across who needs real hands-on therapy and not just stuck on a bicycle with a timer.

Without this place my life would be miserable as they have literally given me my life back. Because of them I can walk again move around and play with my kids, I worked all the way up my spine after being hit and drug down a median by a landscape dump truck. When I started I cried because it hurt so bad to be touched!!! But now I'm at the end of my treatment and couldn't have imagined having gone anywhere else!!! My Dr was the one who caught my TBI and always keeps it real- I really truly appreciate everyone there. ❤️

Horrible customer service. I put my back out and my husband claimed that Dany’s physical therapy would do the job. When I called and left messages, I never received a call back. When I finally got ahold of someone it was a secretary who was grossly under-trained and lacked simple knowledge required to do her job, (which I mainly hold the company at fault for, not her, though I expect folks to educate themselves as well). To start with, she didn't understand insurance, insisting on treating my PPO insurance as if it was an HMO, when I offered to simply pay privately, she don’t know how make an appointment without insurance or a referral despite many patients, my in-laws included, who receive services without referrals/insurance. Perhaps the therapists are professional but client services are not.

I’ve been coming to Dany’s for more than 13 years, and I’ll never go to another PT EVER. Dany has always been able to kill me with her thumb and bring INSTANT relief for my issues. While Dany herself tends to run behind on her appointments, it’s always worth the wait. Even when I moved across town, I still continued to drive up north to get physical therapy from Dany and her staff. A few years ago, Dany got a clone of herself, a gal named Anna, who is ALWAYS on time. If you want the skill of Dany but are more concerned about having your appointment on time, try Anna. I’ve actually continued with Anna since I tried her, and she’s great at being able to treat my issues with the same skill level that Dany provides. Overall, Dany’s is hands down the best physical therapy location in town!
