It's not easy to find a home studio you like and my search brought me to Damselfly YogaSpa where I'm happy to say I'm home. The classes are intimate and enriching. The studio is clean and very appealing inside. The teachers are diverse in their class offerings and deliver a wonderful and refreshing experience. I'm proud to support this local resource and business.

I started attending classes in December of last year, with always feeling welcome and supported in my practice. DeEtta is the kindest, warm hearted, and knowledgeable instructors I have ever worked with. And I have had the same amazing experience either both the massage therapist. If you want an experience to remember this is the place!

An absolutely pleasant experience throughout! The studio is beautiful, inviting, and calming. I took a gentle vinyasa yoga class and loved it! The practice was very smooth and I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. Reasonably priced, too!

Just finished a starting workshop on the basics of yoga. What a wonderful slow paced workshop to truly learn the poses without the pressures of a class. You can look a pictures and watch an instructor all day long and NEVER really understand the true intricacies of a pose. This workshop showed me the fine adjustments that make up what a pose should be doing as opposed to just going through the motions. The devil IS in the details.

Just what I needed! A gentle plus restorative yoga for the end of the day, putting me in a relaxed and stretched out comfort zone. I love DeEtta’s energy and the class was nice and easy and a comfortable temperature, not too hot or cold…. I didn’t have to push myself and I definitely got stretching in! And I absolutely LOVE restorative yoga, which was the second half of the class, with just very gentle, supportive poses. DeEtta uses positions that help restore tired out organs, digestion, breathing and all parts of the body receives attention. Very soothing, the room was big, warm and inviting. DeEtta provided a quote to ponder and focused on breathing. I always forget to breathe, so I need reminders. We set an intention and I love doing that, just for the mat at that moment. I found out later that my set intention asking for clarity would happen that very night! I am definitely going back, and DeEtta’s practice has grown to the point where she is having a facility built and in Wheat Ridge, off of Ward on 58th! Open for yoga and massage now in anticipation of the grand opening in January 2017! I found out by signing up, you get unique offers not provided anywhere else, cool!

I love this studio. It is a bit misleading from the outside since it is located in a shopping center but don't let that turn you away...the inside is beautiful! A lovely Zen escape in the suburbs.
