Dameron Hospital

visit took 6 hours and was completely dismissed by all staff. they were packed which is fine, it happens, but my partner and i were watching shift changes happen and left in the waiting room long after everyone who came in at a similar time was discharged. during intake, explicit details were given of symptoms and the only one that was on the chart was ‘fever’ WHICH WAS NEVER THE CASE. we requested a simple ultrasound and were denied, nobody was able to tell us why and were told we’d have to contact medical records when they opened in the morning. these people simply do not care about the patients that come through their doors

This used to be one of the good hospitals to get care from now it’s a joke. Waiting 10 hrs to get a radiologists to read a ct scan. Drs not checking on patients, nurses saying oh I have to ask the dr before giving meds and 5 hrs later oh well the dr is waiting on results for ct scan but oh he can’t get a hold of a radiologist to read your ct scan that could possibly tell us if you have something life threatening about, don’t come here unless it’s a planned procedure because this ain’t a hospital it’s a waiting room and that’s it. Most patient room have been turned into offices if that doesn’t tell you something I don’t know what will. Another thing is I just had stents placed 3 days ago, I only came here in case i needed to go back into cath lab. I cannot believe they never contacted my cardiologist. Also shame on you Dr for cussing in the hallways about patients, I understand it is hard to deal with but other patients don’t need to hear the way you talk about them and the nurses on staff shame on you for giggling and thinking it was funny and shame on you for laughing about a patient leaving the er due to poor treatment. As a former employee I’m ashamed of the way you treat patients. quick update: you see that someone keeps asking for people to reach out so they can see how they can serve you better but the reviews speak for them selves nothing has changed you are better off going to a hospital in Sacramento then going here.

Honestly I just want to say I’m so disappointed in my whole experience within staying in the emergency room. I’ve been staying in the emergency since 2 am this morning until 2pm in the afternoon. And I’ve haven’t got any of my test results back for any of my tests they took. And I’ve been waiting more than 5 hours for my ultrasound results just for them to tell me they can’t give me any information about it. I’ve wasted my time so don’t waste yours .

To whom and make a concern hospital need a little bit more attention to the patients. They need to be a little faster and attendant been here for hours. Seeing people come and go. They need to be more organized. Specially, the doctors or the RNs need to come and get some of these people or see what’s wrong with them so they can be on their way especially the children is crying.

The only thing great about this place is the wait time. I arrived feeling like I was going to die, they refused to treat me. They ran tests that did no match with my other tests results taken 2 days prior at a different hospital. I did not receive treatment at any. But my PCP told me to come in immediately or go to ER and warned me of death. But hey, nothings wrong right Dameron.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give this hospital a zero I would. I brought my elderly Uncle here. After blood tests, scans, X-rays they diagnosed pneumonia. He was prescribed antibiotics and let go. I was told not to bring him here but I did anyways and what a major mistake. A week later I took him to Lodi Memorial where they diagnosed kidney failure and esophageal cancer. How did they not catch this at Dameron hospital? They did extensive testing! Why did they not admit him based on his age and diagnosis?! This is the most incompetent hospital I've ever experienced. I will never ever return and I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. I am filing a complaint with the medical board of California.

I had surgery and the nurses on the 4th floor, Kali, Karima were excellent. My stay was peaceful and pleasant. The 4th floor should be marked as a 4 star resort. Greg Estrada

Idk what department Tina works in but she called in to my job & her customer service was the worst. Idk how she’s working around people with a very bad CSR skills. Acted like I was wasting her time when she called in to get help from us.
