I Visited Dr.Walley Office Monday And Everytime I'm There Everyone Is So Pleasant And Professional And Act Like I'm The Only One There And They Care About You. Dr. Walley To Me Is The BEST Dr. In My Book. She Knows What She's Talking About To You Concerning You Diagnosis. She's The Bomb In My Book. Love You Dr. Lindsey Walley.

I just love her. Wonderful doctor, very professional and efficient.

If giving a zero star was possible I just tried to go to the emergency room. There wasn't even someone at the front counter and then when someone did show they were too busy to socialize to wait on a customer. I was the 2nd one to walk out. Next time I will take the 2 hour drive to Little Rock. South Arkansas at it's finest. Apparently out of need I tested positive for Covid19 on a home test. I asked to be tested again as my work doesn't take the home test. All they did was print out the paperwork that I was positive with out testing me.

I want to praise our little hospital, and the staff I dealt with last Monday, Dec. 2, in the ER. First, a sweet, young lady named Laci, checked me in, and then also was part of my care team. Then, Nurse Neal Brown was great. He even got my IV started on the first stick. Dr. Lynn was on call, and he was so sweet, and thorough. And, lastly, Ms. Lisa did my xrays, and she was great. They were all so nice, and helpful. And, very good working with me, even with my disability. They didn't act like I was extra work at all, which I am. I could not have asked for better care at any facility I could have gone to.

If i could give a 0 star rating... I would. 2 hours go by before the dr even steps in our room and my baby running a high fever... No one else in er... They wait until they are ready to discharge us yo decide to do a strep test, which was all they did. They proceed to tell me to get him some Pedialyte and give no diagnosis for the fever. 10 hours later... My babys fever still trying to jump. I could have googled and found that result for free and within the comfort of home. Pathetic...

Y’all being unfair Fordyce IS a third world area. This hospital is perfectly fine. It’s not there fault they couldn’t undo a lifetime of alcoholism and crack abuse in one ER visit. Y’all dying because you all smoke that crack and steal stuff not because of the hospital

This review is pertaing to my terrible experience(s) in the ER. I wouldn't want to go back there even if it were my LAST RESORT! The attitudes of staff - drs. and nurses both - were awful. The lack of empathy, the inconsideration, and the overall rudeness of the staff was just unacceptable. You could not PAY me enough to return there!! Something should be done about this...this facility has deteriorated tremendously over the years. A real disgrace to the people of this once GREAT little community.
