Custom Physical Therapy

I have been coming for physical therapy here for about two months and they are such a wonderful, effective and helpful staff!

I give it 10 stars! My experience was the best team goal I have ever experienced .Josh my PT we set a realistic goal was clear to plan and we executed . He targeted the right spots and program to fit my health needs . I walked in barely able to walk and left with a confident and no pain by the time we completed our Journey . The clinic is clean friendly and a real cool vibe. The front desk was friendly and Efficient all team members approached me on first name basis each day . I recommend custom physical therapy .

I have suffered for 20 years with BPV-benign positional vertigo. I have gone to many physical therapists over the years. I’ve had the Epley maneuver done many, many times over 20 years. It has been miserable, but I’ve learned to live with it. My first appointment with Casey (vestibular therapist), we sat and talked and she listened, so she knew exactly what she was dealing with. Casey is the first therapist that saw right away by doing the maneuver and watching my eyes so closely that I had crystals displaced in 2 canals of my left ear. We had set up several appointments. She literally “fixed” me in one session!!! I cannot express how grateful I am! I really feel that she is a Godsend & a Miracle worker! Thank you Casey!! The entire staff was great!! Gwen

Terrific front desk experience. Friendly and prompt. Efficient. Monica, my physical therapist, worked a small miracle getting my back from a train crash to merely a bumpy road and then gave me helpful exercises that allowed me to do the rest of the work, all in the first day. Every day I saw her, I walked out better than I had walked in. Only 3 appointments, and I was able to be discharged. Thanks so much for the help

Great experience. Renown PT was not available and thankfully Custom PT was. Jessica Anderson was my Physical Therapist. She was great along with the rest of the staff. Absolutely helped to get my back in a better place. I would highly recommend. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable - what more could you ask for.

This was not my first PT rodeo. However, I have greater range with my shoulder than after previous surgery. My progress is excellent.I also like that they serve bagels and espresso.

I love this place. I could have gotten well over half a year of free physical therapy through my work, but I chose to pay the co-pay to come to this place, for the 12 weeks prior to my surgery and the 16ish weeks after my surgery. The staff are incredible at this very convenient location, from the owner all the way to folks who run the desk. They were consistently hygienic, evidence-based, and friendly while they worked me through what we all know is a terrible phase of life, post-op recovery. I want to thank Kaitlyn (spelling?), Josh, and Andre for making a brutal recovery bearable.
