I have been in therapy for over a year after a serious accident. When I first started I was in a wheelchair, I graduated to a walker, then a cane. Each and every therapist is top notch. Trust me I've worked with every one. The office staff is friendly and beyond helpful. After spending so much time in therapy I consider them friends. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! The whole staff is amazing! From check-in all the way from the team members in the back! I will be completely honest; when I first started physical therapy, I didn't expect it to be hard. I was scared and didn't push myself in the beginning. But make no mistakes like me, because they will make sure that you do! Even if they have to be a little tough on you! Which is exactly what I needed, honestly! (Thank you for that, by the way, and for getting me out of that wheelchair, lol.) BUT, with that being said, they are all very compassionate individuals and are all extremely well-trained in their jobs. They only put so much on you that you and your body can handle, and if something doesn't feel comfortable or hurts, don't hesitate to let them know. Once the first couple weeks of physical therapy sunk in and I started to get the hang of it, I really enjoyed coming here just for the sole fact of the employees. Now that my time is up, it's almost bittersweet in a way. I am so thankful that I no longer have to have physical therapy and happy to have learned the exercises for back home, but bitter at the same time because I really enjoyed seeing and talking to the lovely staff members. The therapists are highly competent, extremely empathetic, and genuinely care for their patients. The administration is fantastic! Their appointments are maintained like clockwork. You never stand in line to check in or out. They’re prompt in returning calls and remain flexible in filling in when a slot opens up. Plus they’re always cheerful and friendly both on the phone and in the office.

On my first visit they took the time to listen to me. They asked a lot of questions which led me to remember things that I had paid no attention to. I liked this because I am good at ignoring things and working through anything that God puts in my way to make me stronger. I am looking forward to going back tomorrow.

Her instructions were easy to follow because she demonstrated them.
