Dr. Arends spends the time to understand the entire scenario of your problem and to educate you and answer all of your questions. He explains all of the options with honest appraisal of outcomes and tradeoffs. Dr. Arends performs procedures with skill and excellent bedside manner. He is clearly focused on patient outcomes and how he can improve quality of life.

I have had 2 appointments and an epidural procedure. The staff is professional/outstanding and Dr. Arends is very thorough and takes his time to ensure you get all your answers. Dr. Arends does not rush you out the door and I found it very satisfying that he was patient with me and answered all of my concerns. HIGH RECOMMENDED!!!!

Great people and a refreshing personal touch. They take the time to make sure you do not just feel like a number. Sorry if you are having back issues, it really sucks, but if you get to choose your doctor, this practice is top notch.
