I would like to express my deepest appreciation for the care I received from CSO Wellness & Rehabilitation... especially Brad. I was unable to be totally mobile for nearly two years. I had hip knee and back issues. Brad helped me every step of the way addressing the issues and designing a plan of treatment for me. Brad was compassionate, caring, and dedicated in his therapeutic treatment. I never thought I would walk again without pain. I told Brad that he gave me back my life. How do you thank someone for giving you your life back? Thank you Brad and the entire staff for the care I received both physically and emotionally. Five stars are not enough.

I had a very strong experience. Every staff member was quite pleasant, and my physical therapist Hiroko was very kind, thoughtful, and supportive while helping me get back to running around and playing sports again after dealing with knee pain for several months. Not only did she help me heal up, but she gave me the knowledge to exercise and stretch properly at home to help avoid similar knee pain in the future. Would definitely recommend getting PT here!

The entire staff was great! Both Brad and Will did an amazing job of making my recovery process a lot easier. They are the reason why I am able to walk again. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend CSO Wellness & Rehabilitation Physical Therapy.

I recently completed Rehab sessions for my neck and back with this facility. A 5 star review is not enough for the Center or its staff. I had the pleasure of working with Brad and Will (for evaluations) After weeks of working with Brad I cannot begin to explain the progress I had made. These specialists are very knowledgeable and professional , there wasn’t one question or discomfort that could not be resolved by Brad. The Center was a pleasure to work with from reception to discharge. I was treated with respect and gained so much confidence through my sessions. Thank you so much - I would not be where I am today if it were not for you!

This place won't even talk to you without a doctors referral. As if us mere humans don't know when we need physical therapy. No walk ins. Reply to comment: Even your own Google page says appointments "recommended". That is completely contradictory to what you claim. I do have insurance and an open door to go where I'd like, and after researching your reviews, I decided with you, but was turned away because I did not have a doctor referral. No one asked how I would pay for it. I was simply told by your front desk, "no doctors referral, we won't see you", even though your Google page suggests otherwise.

Dr Tanapka was absolutely amazing. She helped me learn how to make my pain better and help prevent future pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and a great listener.

The staff is excellent. The PT Staff is exceptional. Facility is perfect. Everyone is patient, professional, kind, encouraging. I leave relieved for their exportese. .

Brad and Patrick are really excellent physical therapists they listen and work with me. Great guys!!
