Crystal Run Healthcare Urgent Care Center

If I could give this place negative stars I would! The doctors in the urgent care were phenomenal and we had a very pleasant experience with the urgent care side. However, this is NOT an urgent care center which they market themselves as. They classify themselves with the insurance companies as a mixed healthcare group with specialists. This in turn will make your insurance company only cover portions of the bill and there is NOTHING you can do. I am now stuck with close to a thousand dollars because they will not change their location code with my health insurance and there is nothing I can do about it. I will NEVER use them again and I will NOT EVER recommend this place to anyone.

I had such a pleasant experience at this urgent care. The nurse and the staff at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. Everyone made me feel at ease. Between arrival, seeing the doctor, and leaving, it took about a half an hour which was awesome!

Took my daughter to get checked because of fever for 3 days. They said it could be viral, didn't test for anything at all. Waste of time.

Came in today, September 12th at 20, the walk-in clinic. The nurse was awful. You can check which nurse it was. I think Lisa. My husband was in the room so I was hesitant to tell her my weight. She said I need to know and that it was a requirement. I told her to just put down _______. She got angry and nastier. That isn't hardly your weight. She wouldn't leave it alone. If she was sensitive, she wod have figured out my husband was there. Then, she said you must not been taken your blood pressure medicine because it is 190/120. With someone like her, are you surprised. At the end, she said if you don't like what I am asking, you can leave. If my husband wasn't there and my knee not hurting as it was, I would have. You wonder why this facility is on the verge of closing? My name is Debra Doland, name change.

Brought my wife Susan to Crystal Run Urgent Care today 7/18/2022. Got here at 11:30 a.m. and my wife wasn’t taken in until 3:00p.m. Stated reason by staff was only one doctor. How ever from my own observation I can say the patient arrival line wasn’t going in order. Normally that wouldn’t brother me but we sat in our car for over three hours before Susan was called. That’s not Urgent Care. Perhaps a new name for your service is in order. Sincerely Richard A.Currier The edit I will write below is intended to clarify my above critique. It may appear that my critique was of staff, Doctors, Nurses etc.. It was not. I have always found of Crystal run’s providers to be very professional, very knowledgeable and caring. My critique was of Crystal Run’s management for its failure to have ( Back up). If I failed back up systems in the operation of my home, my wife and I would spend a lot time without lights and heat other real essentials of life. There would be no excuse for because I would be a failure. Of course people get sick including providers and other arrangements should have been in place for that eventuality. Called and came in to test for covid/flu since I wasn't feeling well and everyone was very nice and helpful! The nurse and Doctor who helped me out made me feel relaxed, welcomed and made me laugh! Very informative and caring. I didn't catch their names so I unfortunately can't give them the proper shout out, but I give all my thanks none the less!

Went in December knowing something was wrong and thinking it was pneumonia, they insisted it was “just a cold” and refused to give me a chest X-ray even though my lungs would crackle every time I would breathe and was wheezing. (Never in my life have had this before). They are very dismissive of any issue you have and insist it’s just a cold or virus when you test negative for covid or flu. They didn’t even take my vitals when I came in. Went to a different doctor 2 weeks later and got a chest X-ray and it was indeed pneumonia. Don’t come here unless you want to be rushed and have any issue dismissed because you are young and “appear healthy”.

Service was fine but great service the billing in the other hand is nuts!! Paid 210 ok that's fine then got charged 480 for a COVID test and a strep test yeah nope
