From the scheduling staff to the physical therapists this group is amazing. Efficient, professional, punctual and friendly. I enjoyed my sessions and learned so much about proper form for exercises so they are as effective as possible.

The best physical therapy I have ever experienced.. all the therapist are very knowledgeable and think outside the box.. they treat the body as a whole.. they spend a full hour on each person and treat everyone individually as needed. Amazing results..

All employees were friendly and courteous upon my arrival! Physical therapist Becky, Holly and Sean came up with few different exercises to help relieve the pain I have due to sciatic nerve pain in my lower back and right leg.

The people at Crystal Lake Physical Therapy are wonderful. While dealing with my shoulder issue I saw two professionals. Gem was so skilled and professional in treatments delivered as well as friendly and encouraging. Holly too was knowlegeable and professional with therapy. She was friendly with a humorous flair of encouragement which is good to have. Sean, who I saw once or twice, was equally as good when I had physical therapy with him. The whole staff is very inviting and welcoming which makes it delightful. I am very happy with my care a Crystal Lake Physical Therapy.

This place has done wonders for me. I’ve been here several times for pelvic pain, and shoulder impingements. The whole crew here is extremely welcoming and supportive, especially Cassie the receptionist. It genuinely feels like everyone just wants you to get better! I’ve seen a variety of therapists from Holly, Sean, and Gem all were wonderful and helped me feel so much better. Specifically, I am beyond grateful for Sean and all of his help, consideration, and understanding. Sean helped me get back to my life, despite months of therapy for shoulder impingement. I have struggled with my injuries both mentally and physically and feeling like I was being heard and taken care of was a blessing. everyone here has a great sense of humor, and are always playing good music. I highly recommend this place!!

This clinic is amazing! I went to several visits with Emily for Pelvic Floor Therapy to prepare for the birth of my son and she did wonders for my back! I have yet to give birth, but I feel more prepared than I did even after my birthing class. Everyone in the office is upbeat, happy and positive and I highly recommend to anyone who is pregnant or postpartum for PFT, but also anyone who needs a PT.

Ladies suffering from pelvic pain, please do not suffer in silence. There is help for you at Crystal Lake Physical Therapy. I've been treated for two different issues now at Crystal Lake PT. The first was for debilitating pelvic pain. Emily was so kind and patient and knowledgeable. She put together an extensive treatment plan and rearranged her schedule to see me three times a week at one point. I became whole again by the end of my treatment plan. Recently I injured my knee and could not walk up stairs. Holly was thorough and put me at ease that I did not have a serious injury. She gave me homework stretches and exercises and had me back to stairs in a month. This place is full of laughter and music and compassion and true dedicated education and talent. I am so happy to have found them.
