Crux rehabilitation

I made a physical therapy appointment for my wife two or three weeks ago on Wednesday October 30th so then they called me two days ago to make sure the appointment I replied and told them we are ready and will be on your office . Then they called me second time today October 30th around 8 am to make sure. Our appointment time was at 9:30 am so we arrived at this office at 9:15 when I talked to the front desk she said we don’t have spot for your appointment at this time,so I don’t know what was the reason, maybe a kind of discrimination with us or anything else by your opinion is this good place or office for treatment? No , this is the worst physical therapy office in South Sacramento area I never ever make any appointment in this office .

Amazing place! Super sweet staff. From what I can tell they speak, atleast, English and Spanish. Very accessible through the RT system. Clean, but in a comfortable way. Are also great about Transgender patients - not even a slip up! Totally recommend this place. Oh, and they play music at the perfect volume wich is just a nice little plus.

I can not believe my appointment was canceled due to being 10 min late and the therapist all of the sudden needing to go to lunch. This is unacceptable. I've never had a dr or therapist cancel for being a few minutes later and I'm not usually late.

These guys are efficient, only a few sessions and I’ve learned enough to work on it for life
